- Wildlife, such as bears and foxes, are present in the community. Please do not leave food and trash outdoors
- The seasonal beaches and pools are only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located above the front garage door facing the driveway, camera 2 is located in the front facing the front of the home, camera 3 is located above the deck facing the back of the home, and camera 4 is located above the basement sliding door facing the side of the home. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

COMMUNITY FEE INFORMATION
- Access to the community amenities is available for a mandatory fee paid to Lake Arrowhead at least 3 days before arrival. Guests cannot access the community if the fee is not paid
- There are mandatory amenity fees paid on-site. Temporary membership (per person, per day, age 6+): in-season (May 24-September 2) is $8.50 per day or $42.50 per week; off-season is $2 per day. The gate card fee is $20 per vehicle. The transaction fee is $20 per rental
- Due to time restraints, bookings made within 5 days of arrival are subject to late registration fees. Same-day registrations are not allowed; the cut-off point for same-day registration is 11:59 PM the day before arrival
