Driftwood Sunrise - A place to relax and explore

Located in a brand new estate in Sussex Inlet, with walking/bike tracks through natural bush land to the waters edge and playground.

A wonderful coastal escape, Sussex Inlet is around 3 hours drive south from Sydney or east from Canberra. A peaceful haven surrounded by beautiful waterways, beaches and bushland and within an easy drive to Ulladulla, Mollymook and Jervis Bay.

If you love a peaceful setting, then this is the home & if you love exploring, you are in the ideal location to explore the beautiful surrounds.

The entrance to Sussex Inlet is full of little beaches and great places to swim and paddle. The inlet is also a popular fishing spot.

About the Home

Driftwood Sunrise is a brand new Duplex in a peaceful location, offering accommodation for 7 guests, with 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 1 double bunk/single on top).

The Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe through to an ensuite and the spacious main bathroom has a bath & separate shower.

You can relax on the 2 cozy recliner lounges that provide the perfect downtime whilst watching Foxtel or relaxing with a great book.

Outdoors you can enjoy a bbq under the covered Alfresco area, or sit and relax at the outdoor dining table while watching the kids & pets play in the fully fenced grassed yard.

Out the front you will even spot the kangaroo or two who even like to graze on the front lawn.

At nightfall, why not sit and stargaze into the brilliant evening sky.

At dawn, watch the brilliant colours of the rising sun whilst listening to the hum of the distant waves.

The Location

Sussex Inlet offers an abundance of activities including swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating and much more. You can hire a pontoon boat, canoe or kayak. The inlet is popular for fishing and hosts an annual fishing carnival.

Go bushwalking and cycling in the Conjola National Park. The Walter Hood and Heath Circuit cycling tracks begin in Cudmirrah, next to Swan Lake and near Sussex Inlet.

Golfers can enjoy a game on the leafy nine-hole course at Sussex Inlet Golf Club.
The township offers all your conveniences, including cafes, butcher, surf shop, historic cinema, RSL, Bowling Club, Tavern, SPAR Supermarket, Pizza, butcher, newsagency plus more.

All this is located approx. 35 minutes drive from Nowra and close to the spectacular beaches of Mollymook, Ulladulla and the rest of the South Coast. The home is located minutes from the Inlet, beaches and Swan Lake.

Relaxing stay

Driftwood Sunrise was a lovely holiday home, so cosy and clean. The garden was perfect for the kids and our small dogs, and the surroundings area is really lovely with beaches and waterways nearby. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Relaxing stay in quiet neighbourhood

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a lovely stay. The house was very modern and clean. Very spacious and set in a very quiet area. Very relaxing. It was also very close to the town centre which was convenient. Short drive to the beach or to the lake. Will definitely stay here again next holiday. Great place for the family.

Modern duplex with all mod cons

Nice three bedroom duplex, short drive into Sussex Inlet. We used this as a base to drive to other locations in the Shoalhaven. Had air con, smart tv, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc. Nice quiet stay.

Modern, new & comfortable

The property was spacious, modern and very comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen, supplies and family games. Lovely garden setting with bbq. Prefect stay for a family of 4 adults and two kids. Local beach Berrara is wonderful for smaller children. Local restaurants and take always operate limited hours.

Immaculate home away from home

Spent this weekend at Sussex Inlet and enjoyed this beautiful property. Very clean and has everything you need for a short getaway. The property is a short drive to all of the surrounding beaches and also the Sussex Village. If you are looking for a property away from the hustle and bustle of Huskisskon but still a stone throw away to priistine beaches of Jervis Bay and Boderee National Park, then this is the place. Highly recommended!!

What a wonderful home Richard and Anita have. There are so many great things about this house - Firstly it smells incredible (must have been all the beautiful candles) -Wonderfully furnished (added bonus the couches and beds are extremely comfortable) - It is exceptionally clean - Great location - Value for money Would highly recommend this beautiful home, hands down one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. Home away from home.

This brand new duplex in a new estate is not to be missed. From the minute you open the door you know you picked the right property. Super clean and beautifully presented but more importantly extremely comfortable. This single level property suits everyone from elderly to families with small children and the owners are fantastic to deal with. With out a doubt one of the best properties we have ever stayed at and my overall impression was "it feels like home".

A Quiet Modern Home

We had a lovely mid-week break near Sussex Inlet with this property. From the initial booking with quick confirmation from the owner, questions was answered really quickly and we found the property spotlessly clean on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked, the garden was a good size and well looked after - what's not to like? There were four adults in our party and the facilities meant we had lots of space for our group! Beds were comfortable, showers were powerful: perfect! Perfect for exploring Sussex Inlet and surrounding area - we will be back!

Hard to find

Nice new property with all that was needed. it was difficult to find as the street is not yet showing on google maps and the info provided by host was vague. Property was a drive from the beach and inlet.

Lovely property and great value

The property is nice and new, all modern amenities which made the stay enjoyable and comfortable. Great outdoor area for outdoor dining during our stay. Property is located within a short driving distance from Sussex Inlet township and a half an hour drive from other major regional townships. An enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

Great family accomodation

The house is located in a quiet estate that was great for our young family with a well equipped kitchen to cook, as well as a great backyard for them to play in. The host was very responsive and accommodating to help us out. We will look to book here again on our next visit.
