The place is good. Everything was good except for the beds a little no comfortable and living room chairs. I think the chairs are old and no comfortable.

Where to begin? Dirty dishes in the cupboard. Long black hairs in the tub in the first bathroom, also on the bathroom floor, AND the back of the door! We even found a coil of the stuff in the microwave!! How does that even happen?!? Noisiest flat I've ever tried to sleep in. Plumbing pipes rattling in the wall and every time a neighbouring tenant takes a shower it was like they were in the room with you. Beds are uncomfortable. Second and last time to book VRBO. When you pay a nearly 2500.00 lodging fee you shouldn't have to clean the place first thing.

It was a great place to stay. My complaints are: the bed in master suite, was too hard. Very uncomfortable and the pull down shade was broken so light coming in. The sofa in the living room needs to be replaced. Can feel those springs! Very worn. Also, the traffic was bad, especially during the night hours. Loud vehicles going by.

Nice and roomy!

Impressed with the roominess of this condo! Stayed with three teens and we enjoyed e cozy, open space. Very clean and tidy! Would stay again!

It’s Alright

My family and I stayed here for a much needed vacation. The condo is ok if you’re not really going to be in the condo a lot. The beds were not comfortable at all! The jacuzzi tub in the master doesn’t feel up all the way with hot water so it wasn’t really enjoyable. If you’re looking for ice in the freezer the ice maker doesn’t work. Last but certainly not least my elderly grandmother noticed that part of the sheet on the bed she was sleeping in had came up and she noticed there stains on the mattress protecter which looked like urine stains which is definitely nasty. She noticed that the morning we were leaving so there was not a reason to say anything. Also a warning the parking isn’t great! There was someone taking up 2 parking places and there’s just enough spaces for the guests at the condos. It’s a really tight area honestly. We saw all the good reviews so this was definitely a little bit of a shock but other than that the stay was nice.

Pigeon Forge Condo

We were very pleased with the condo. It was very comfortable, beds were great, Kitchen was nice. We didnot spend a lot of time in it as we were there for businessbut we would stay there again if it is available. I loved thatit was ground floor as I use a cane.

What a beautiful condo

Everything was beautiful. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked, but all else was perfect. Also, you could not walk anywhere due to the location.

One of the best anniversary trips ever

I booked this place for our 14th wedding anniversary. Best decision could of made. When my wife walked in she said she didnt want to leave the room she was happy right here. It is an amazing spacious place. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

Excellent property and value

4.5 overall (they don’t allow half stars). The location is ideal for Dollywood, dining, even relatively convenient for going into Gatlinburg. It’s a bit of a drive for the Wilderness at the Smokies indoor water park (15 to 20 minutes), but otherwise about as good a location as you can find for Dollywood. The listing shows a minutes-long walk to Dollywood. That isn’t the case. It’s hit or miss if they will let you walk down the delivery road to the park, and that’s still a 20 minute walk to the entry gates. That’s fine for warmer weather, but no more convenient than parking at the park and taking the tram. It’s a 4 minute drive from the condo to Dollywood parking, which is hard to beat. The condo overall is nice. 1st floor and the occasional noises that come with that. Overall a mostly quiet spot with everything you need for an extended stay, TONS more room than any hotel, and actually cheaper during our stay than most mid-level and above hotels - even with the add-on fees. This property would have received 5 stars if one or both of the couches were sleepers. There was some usual wear and tear, but the upkeep for the most part is very good. Again, better than any hotel by miles - and I have stayed at Dollywood’s DreamMore resort, Wilderness, Holiday Inn and an independent property in Gatlinburg, and this is by far my best stay. I will say DreamMore obviously has more on-property amenities (restaurants etc.), but you pay for that. You can’t beat the value here.

Fun trip

The condo was beautiful, well finished, and comfortable. It is located very close to Dollywood and many other Pigeons Forge attractions.

Bucket list trip for 82 year old grandmother

I can no express enough how helpful and pleasant our experience was with iTrip Smoky Mountains. Jennifer was helpful every step of the way. I dealt with others before hand and everyone was attentive and responsive. We had a few issues with the TV, but Jennifer remedied that! Thanks so everyone for making the trip so memorable!!!

Great location, very comfortable only suggestion is the exterior of the property needs attention. Landscaping was all over grown and not cared for. The interior of the condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. Will stay again great location

Getaway

We had a nice two bedroom, two bath ,living room dinette,and kitchen condo on main floor of Golf Vista 112. I’m disabled so ground level made it easy for me to come and go. Very close to town. Easy to find your way around from the condo. Nice location especially if you golf.

Nice long weekend

The location was a great choice for us--close to shopping and the parkway but quiet for good rest. Our only complaint was that the cleaners had left the dishwasher full of dirty dishes from the previous stay. We loved the sunlight in the space and the comfort of the living room.

Great condo to stay at!

It was a beautiful furniture condo. The location was great! The housekeeper did a great job cleaning it! We had some problems with getting the tvs to work. The jets on the tub didn’t work and you could hear the traffic at night. But overall we did enjoy our stay and will stay there again.

Exceptional

This unit is beautiful. We are Hilton Grand Vacation owners so we are used to staying in very nice accommodations. This unit is definitely comparable to a Hilton condo. It is tastefully decorated, HUGE and everything is good quality. The views from the balcony are very soothing and quiet. You can actually sit out and hear the birds sing. An umbrella would be nice though, the morning sun is brutal. Everything you need is supplied. We purchased extra paper towels and toilet paper as suggested but didn't need it after a 7-night stay. Centrally located to EVERYTHING. The only suggestion I would have is that it may be time for a new ice maker. It gets a bit loud. We would definitely stay again.
