PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
You've found a well-located gem on Kauai's Coconut Coast! This Kapaa condo community features an oceanfront pool, beach access, and a grassy lawn for taking in the sea views (including truly spectacular sunrises). While the building for this condo unit isn't oceanfront, it's just a short stroll to the oceanfront pool and beach access. Plus, your building has its own pool, as well...just outside your back door. While this is a beach front condo complex, there is not direct beach lounging or swimming access directly in front of the complex. Just steps to your right and there is a swimming and lounging area. OR you can sit on the grassy area watching the beautiful east side sunrises!

More beaches await nearby: in this central spot between the North and South Shores, some of the world's most beautiful stretches of sand are just a short drive away.

This particular unit does not come with a dedicated parking space, but you can park along the entrance.

Bed & Bath
Ideal for families, this crisp, clean 2-bedroom condo features a king-size bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. Enjoy the mini split AC system to cool you off after a day of fun in the sun or enjoy the fresh air by opening the windows (with the AC off of course). Both bedrooms share a sparkling bath with a roomy vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Activities
Oversee the pool and palm trees from your private lanai with a 4-person patio table. Just add a mug of coffee and breakfast from your updated, stainless kitchen, and your day is off to a great start.

As far as how to spend your day, you have many options! Rent a bicycle and pedal the nearby Kapaa Bike Path, an 8-mile path winding alongside a dramatic coastline, passing several beaches (including popular Lydgate Beach) and Instagram-worthy vistas along the way.
Or pack up the beach gear we provide and drive about 40 minutes to Poipu Beach on the South Shore—a gentle, kid-friendly beach with excellent snorkeling. This area of the island gets the most sun on average, so if it happens to be raining in Kapaa Town, head south and the clouds will likely part!

On your way home, stock up on dinner ingredients at the Safeway right across the street, including some goodies for the shared BBQ grill near the pool. Or skip cooking and sample one of the restaurants within walking distance.

When the sun goes down, you've got WiFi and a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a brand-new, in-unit washer and dryer for keeping beach towels fresh for tomorrow.

The property was in a great location for our family with small kids. Everything was described perfectly for the property itself and it was truly so helpful to already have everything you need for the beach/pool. I would not only recommend this place to other friends/family but also stay here again!

Great Kapaa Stay

Very clean, centrally located to shops, walking distance to beach, quiet, excellent communication with manager/staff. Loved the beach gear that was provided. Would 100% stay here again, we loved it! Had everything we needed to stay comfortably and to be able to cook from home and enjoy this beautiful island. Mahalo!!

Wonderful Stay

We were a group of three retired adults who have traveled to Hawaii many times. This was a favorite stay for us on Kauai. Everything in the property description was accurate. The beach supplies were exceptional. There were 3 band new Tommy Bahamas beach chairs with all the bells and whistles, a new large umbrella and hard sided cooler. Also beach toys for kids. 4 beach towels were provided. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice variety of spices. Adequate cleaning and laundry supplies were provided. We were greeted with some Hawaiian coffee, nuts, candy and a bottle of wine. A nice touch!We did have some learning curves with the AC and never really did master the system.As for the chicken noise (not a big deal), be aware that all the islands have feral chickens and it's just part of living/vacationing in Hawaii. We enjoyed the beach and the proximity to the apartment. We saw whales, dolphins and monk seals almost every day, All and all it was a wonderful stay and very comfortable apartment for the 3 of us. Highly recommended and look forward to returning.

Really disrespectful and inconvenient

I reserved this place on Nov 29th; they had scheduled for more than 30 days a Pest Spraying to occur the morning I was to be checking out on Jan 2nd; my birthday. I had my parents visiting whom I hadn’t seen in 2 years. Upon day of checkin I was sent an email saying they have pest control coming in at 8am to spray the kitchen and there’s nothing they can do to reschedule . They didn’t even attempt to communicate with us about it. Then they show up when we are in the middle of Breakfast at 8am and ask us to go in our rooms so they can spray the kitchen. I was pissed! Complete disrespect and disregard for their customers. tell them if u are planning such. As a property manager myself U know what goes into keeping Property’s up to date and having them ready for the customers ! Unprofessional!

It was overall a fine place. 3 out of the 4 beach chairs were damaged. Each had cracks in the metal. So, we had 1 chair. The rooster’s crowing kept us up the first night so we moved into the 2nd bedroom where the AC condenser made a loud noise every few minutes. The place was damp. We tried to set the humidifier on the A/C remote but everything felt damp including the bed linens. The toilet seat lid was broken. The pool code we were given never opened the gate, so we stuck with swimming at the beaches. I feel like this rental was over rated. The island of Kauai was spectacular and we really only ate, showered and slept at the rental unit. Mahalo

Apartment was conveniently located and as described. Though it was also showing signs of wear. Had a hard time figuring out if we were turning the ac warmer since displays didn’t work.

This place was perfect!

We were incredibly happy with this condo. The layout was great, it was super clean, location was very convenient and customer service from the management team was excellent. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Kapa’a!

Great location

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The condo was smaller than expected, but workable. The fold out sofa was comfortable for my 18 year old son. The kitchen had an ample amount of dishes, pans, and utensils. Safeway is located across the street. The pool was spotless, and the condo was very clean.

Family vacation

Our Stay in Kauai

This location was great for us. Safeway was right acroos the street. There are several places to eat within walking distance. The beach was very close. Less than an hour to either the South or North coast. This enabled us to easily explore the island. The pool was great for the kids.

Down for a wedding. Had friends/relatives in just about every place along Kapaa water front. Nice quiet convenient location. You can pay more and get less!

Very comfortable space for the week. We enjoyed the kitchen and utensils, the beds, the AC and the beach gear. The check in process went very smoothly and I feel like the management really wanted us to feel at home and welcome. The closets did smell a bit musty, which I don't think is the fault of the cleaning crew. It's just humid in Hawaii and hard to keep things smelling fresh. I would also say that I didn't give five stars for accuracy on the property listing because it is close to the beach, but not "steps" to the actual beach where one could hang out for the day. It is very centrally located however, with great amenities nearby.

Property location and condition were exactly as promised and absolutely great! Within the complex, it's also right next to parking and the pool. For digital nomads, wifi speed is over 200!

Great stay.

This place was everything promised! With the pool right outside the back door and the ocean just a quick walk away we were able to enjoy the water at any time. There was also a water spigot right outside the back door for cleaning up before coming inside. Thank you for use of this lovely residential style living space.

We absolutely loved this rental. It is close to everything we needed.

This condo had everything we needed and was across the road from the shopping center. A short walk to the beach and close to all the activities we participated in. I would highly recommend this rental.
