Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 Singles), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, free NBN WiFi, a Smart TV, full laundry facilities, and ceiling fans throughout. Large double-glazed bi-fold doors open onto the balcony, allowing cooling river breezes and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Guests also have access to the complex's riverside swimming pool surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, a private jetty for pick-up and drop-off, undercover parking for one vehicle, and additional free street parking.



Located just 100 metres from Noosa Sound Village, you'll have cafés, restaurants, boutique shopping, supermarkets and the river right on your doorstep. Please note this is a non-smoking, first-floor apartment with stair access only (no lift). There is no air conditioning, however ceiling fans throughout and the apartment's waterfront position provide refreshing river breezes year-round.

Great apartment with gorgeous river and sunset views

My family and I stayed at Aqua Linea 3 on Noosa Parade for a week. Great location. It's just a short stroll to Hastings Street and main beach of Noosa and all that it has to offer. The apartment itself is clean and suited our needs. The view of the river and the daily sunsets is what really makes this apartment pop. Would certainly stay again in the future.

Great location and balcony

Great view from balcony to Noosa river. Easy walk to Hastings St. Would definitely stay here again.

Holiday at Noosa

Property was in a great location within walking distance of Hasting St and Noosa Ferry. Pool and garden area were immaculate. The apartment inside needs a decent clean. Second bedroom was very disappointing with the screen windows needing to be repaired and not enough privacy due to outside louvres not closing properly.

Great location and property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a great unit in s fantastic location. Our only issue wss the total lack of any condiments and basic kitchen supplies ,e.g. pepper and salt and cooking oil etc.
