Brand new beach house 2’ walk to Boomerang Beach, perfect for the family vacation!

Large 3 bedroom house with private pool and yard backing onto National Park, walking track and dog park/cricket ovals.

Master with ensuite. Bathroom with bath, powder room and brand new laundry with doggy shower.
Huge kitchen & pantry, large cozy TV room, 10 seater dining room, office space and kids playroom.

Please note we have security cameras outside the house.

The "beautiful 3 bedroom beach house" left a lot to be desired. Apart from the really good pool the rest of the accommodation was at best average.While the main bedroom was comfortable and spacious the other 2 rooms were small and cluttered with baby's furniture. There wasn't any hanging space in one.The kitchen area was good and spacious but the 2 sofas in the TV area were impossibly sagging and uncomfortable, smelly and way past their use-by date.On arrival we found the outside veranda area to be covered in a thick layer of dust which fortunately we were able to hose off to clean it somewhat.The barbecue was unusable since some creature had made its nest in there sometime long pastIn summary the property was disappointing, in need of a very serious clean and decluttering.It was hardly worth the 1,800-odd per day charged, even over Xmas.

Fabulous stay

We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful property at Boomers. Very well appointed with everything you need. Plenty of living space for all the family, we had 2 teenagers with us.The pool and pool lounges were well used by all.We took our small dog. The yard is perfectly enclosed.The host was amazing to deal with and keen to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking a family friend stay in Boomers (including those with small children). A quick walk through the end of the cul-de-sac to Boomerang Beach, and easy access to all other beaches.Would absolutely return.

Lovely house and area

The house is lovely - perfect for our family and two small dogs. The area is beautiful and we had a very relaxing holiday enjoying the pool and the beach.

Great easy beach escape

Perfect home for two families. Well equipped and functional, comfortable beds, lovely pool. Good kids bedroom with TV to create a separate space when necessary. Great location - quiet neighbourhood and you can walk to the beach and the shops. Property manager was quick to respond when we had any queries. We loved the fact they had a compost! The bushland behind the house has a great posse of friendly kookaburras. (Not too friendly to interfere with anyone’s sleep.)
