Our group of senior citizens enjoyed our stay in the country south of Chickamauga. The property is easy to find and impressed us with its cleanliness. We appreciated the well-stocked coffee service and other kitchen supplies. Gates will probably be closed when you arrive. The second is easier to open than the first.

Family Christmas

Our stay was exceptional. The accommodations are clean, tasteful, roomy and very comfortable. There are so many amenities included and the heated bathroom floors are icing on the cake.

Great place for family vacation

We stayed while visiting for Christmas with family. The property is lovely, and well-suited for children. My son is an extremely active 4 year old and it was great to have such a lovely yard for him to play in. My husband and mother-in_law also have a lot of issues with painful mobility, and the house had a great layout for that.

Christmas at the Farm

Host/owner was exceptionally attentive. The house is beautiful, clean, well stocked and comfortable for our family of 8 plus a baby. The location is beautiful, grocery nearby, church for Christmas Eve service was easy to find, locals were very friendly. This home made our Christmas with family very enjoyable.

Great pet friendly property

We were looking for a large pet friendly property close to Chattanooga and this was the best option. It is fully stocked with everything you could need. The large fenced yard was perfect for our active dogs. The master suite was fantastic. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Heated floors were a bonus. It's about 20 min to Rock City and great restaurants. I highly recommend.

Even better than expected!

This home was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults and 3 children). It is spacious and comfortable, allowing privacy as well as areas where we could all gather, including a dining table large enough for all nine of us to sit with room to spare. Great outdoor spaces for the kids to run and play. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are fabulous, with large, plush towels. The kitchen has all the basics, plus items not normally available in rentals. The house was super clean and it’s obvious that the home has been well loved. The location is perfect, very private but 30 minutes or less from all the attractions in Chattanooga and 5 minutes from a grocery store. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!!

Roomy, relaxing & comfortable!

We stayed at the farmhouse over Labor Day weekend with our adult children and grandchild. We especially enjoyed the large fenced backyard which allowed our 14 month old grandson and two dogs enjoyed while we relaxed on the swing. The home was supplied with everything we needed, much more so that typical rentals. There are numerous comfortable places to relax & visit including the gazebo with swing, the screened porch and indoor sitting areas. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely updated. There is a grocery store and several good restaurants within 3 miles or so and Chattanooga is 15 miles away. Note that the house is near a highway so you get some road noise but otherwise the farmhouse and yard is very comfortable and relaxing. We would certainly stay here again for future trips to the area.

Nice Property but Hosting Process Could Use Some Work

The house itself was pleasant, a nice size for our stay with family (older adults, small children and a dog). The property was pretty, The location was great, accessible to various regional activities (parks, battlesites, etc) and easy to get into Chattanooga for a dinner or city activity.Our main issues stems from when we arrived. We reached the home late in the evening, and the checkout instructions were extremely unclear. The door code provided did not work, and the instructions to the backup entrance were very unclear. I called the host and didn't receive a response until many hours later, while we were waiting around with small children after a long drive. We ended up going to a local friend's home until we were able to get in the next day.We did really like the place otherwise, but would recommend ensuring you have clear instructions on how to get into the house before you get there, especially if off hours.

Family Christmas - Fantastic Spacious House

We cannot begin to thank you enough for welcoming us into your beautiful home! We are so grateful we were able to come together for the holidays, in a place with such beautiful sunrises and sunsets; every window created a picture! Our favorite moments were spent enjoying the fresh mountain air outside on the swinging gazebo, or inside your beautiful dining room, playing games and enjoying the view. And when we decided to adventure, we found everything we needed close by. We appreciate how graciously you’ve supplied your home, with everything from spices to firewood, and you’ve inspired us all to investigate heated floors in our own bathrooms. Thank you again, for allowing our family gathering to happen in such a truly wonderful place. We highly recommend Twin Cedar Farms to all who wish a place for beautiful respite.

Wonderful farm stay

We had a wonderful time at this lovely farm house. We were 6 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of space in the house and the backyard, gazebo, and double swing was fabulous. We had such fun playing in the flat, grassy back yard. I can not recommend this location enough.

What a comfortable stay!

It's obvious that the owner has poured her heart into this home. She has spared no expense during the renovation process. Very private, yet only minutes away from stores and restaurants (thanks again for the suggestion of Wanda's Restaurant. Wow!) Unique touches are everywhere and the home is impeccably decorated. With multiple modern upgrades (especially the bathrooms), you would never guess this home is over 100 years old. We've stayed at vacation rentals around the country and have never been more impressed than we are with Twin Cedars Farm. Will we go back? Make that a resounding yes!

Great house with room for the whole family

This home was perfect. Everything we needed. All the character of the older farmhouse but with updated kitchen and baths for convenience and luxury. The fenced in yard and property as an added bonus for a young ones and four-legged friends. So many great memories made it this property.
