4th of July getaway

This cabin is perfect for a fishing couple or a couple fishing buddies. It's not fancy but serves its purpose. The wife and I would stay here again. My wife loved having coffee and watching the wildlife in the mornings. The parking was the only issue.

Definitely would stay here again

Absolutely romantic getaway. Loved the fireplace, wrap around porch, rustic ambiance and decor, little smoker, A/C, shower, amenities, daily deer visits, location, extra linens, proximity to the lake, etc. If I had to point out anything, it was the small bed. But it was very comfortable! Also, the parking was tight but we we made it just fine. Thank you for having us!

Cute cozy getaway

We absolutely LOVED staying here! It was so cozy and cute. We spent a lot of time sitting outside on the back patio and even saw a family of deer walking back there! It was clean and tidy and loved the decor inside. If you are wanting a cozy, cute, outdoorsy cabin vibe this is the place for you!!

Cute Cabin, Needs A Few Updates

This cabin is absolutely adorable! My partner and I loved the space and it was the perfect spot for our little anniversary weekend getaway. However, the hot water for the shower really needs to be fixed. It's impossible for multiple people to get a full shower in as the hot water only lasts about 10 minutes max. It was also really hard to keep the water from soaking the floor because of the way the shower is built (we had to keep a towel on the floor). The other major complaint I have is the bed: it's super springy, and is really sunken in the middle. With two people balancing it out it wasn't terrible, but your back will probably hurt if you plan to sleep on it for more than 3 nights. My partner and I are very laid back so we were happy to work with what we had, but I wouldn't feel right not voicing my concerns about the property. Overall the cabin is very cute, cozy and clean, but a couple of the amenities seriously need updating. If those are fixed this place could easily win five stars from anyone who stays.

It was very relaxing there like cozy as soon as you walk-in! Very clean everything worked and the stay was delightful!!! I would highly recommend this place to stay at!!!!

Complaints

When we approached, the 1st thing I saw was a raggedy shade on front door & window. The bed was was soooo horrible. It sunk in so bad we couldn't sleep in there. I looked at reviews on your website & your answer to that complaint was that was rectified, but it wasn't. We were looking for a socket in bedroom. We moved the bed & found a pillow case. That let's me know there was not proper vacuuming. The towels & blankets were not fresh at all. Spider webs really should had been knocked down on outside windows. The shower curtain is not secure. It fell 3 times. We didn't want to keep bothering Melissa since she informed us her father had passed. When she brought by the batteries for remotes, she offered to change linen on beds but I told her no, go be with your family. The decor was soooo amazing. The cabin is soooo cozy & rustic. The owner should check on it more. Thank you!

Great little cabin

The cabin was a great place for my wife and I’d getaway. There was a roof leak during the one day we received a lot of rain, but it did not affect our stay and the property manager was in communication with us once we let them know. The cabins around us were kept up nice but their were a lot of not week kept properties around us which left a little to be desired about the neighborhood.
