Escape to your own slice of paradise in this beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home, boasting modern furnishings and stunning river frontage. Imagine sipping your morning coffee or afternoon wine on the balcony as you watch the tranquil water flow by and enjoy the native wildlife.

Inside, the home has been lovingly renovated to provide all the comforts and conveniences you could desire. The stylishly appointed living spaces are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends from top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, all the crockery, cutlery and cookware that is needed for your stay.

Each of the four bedrooms is nicely decorated and features plush bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep with bed and bath linen supplied.

Whether you're an avid tennis player or just looking for some fun-filled activities, challenge your friends and family to a friendly match and simply enjoy some quality time outdoors, enjoy kayaking down the river or throw in a fishing line from the back yard!

The main bathroom which you will find upstairs has a modern shower and toilet and downstairs has a second bathroom with shower and toilet connected to the laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Sunrise on Wyong River is well suited for 1 large family or 2 small families or a couples getaway.

You are welcome to bring your boat, and are able to launch your boat from the ramp at the property. If your boat is to large to fit through the garage, please use the local boat ramp. Please ensure quiet enjoyment of this area at all times and respect the neighbours, please pickup after yourself and do not leave any rubbish in this area. Your boat may be moored from the jetty for day use purposes.

Important message for guests organising events.

We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

Great property for family stay

Everyone loved this holiday house! Adult family of 8 spent days fishing, canoeing and playing tennis. Shops and great golf course not far away. House newly renovated, clean and well appointed. Would stay again.

Amazing week, kids had the best time playing in the river which was right at the back door. Location was so close to Sydney so drive was easy. Supermarket quick 5 minute drive. Tennis court is concrete fine for the kids to play on but if you are booking for the tennis facilities maybe not. Queen bed mattresses where very hard we ended up sleeping on doona to make it more comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking equipment and some pantry staples. Overall we would definitely go back and recommend!

Needed some cleaning up cobwebs on eaves, the couch needed a good clean with leather cleaner, the ac did not work that well. The curtains had white powder coming off them.Great spot

Very happy with property and its facilities. Kids had a great time fishing canoeing and playing tennis. If we had to be picky a fridge downstairs in the shed would be handy, as we were outside most of the time. Cheers
