This spacious two-storey duplex offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, making it ideal for families, groups, or guests combining work and leisure. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while upstairs you'll find the air-conditioned open-plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, complete cooking facilities.
Relax in the comfortable lounge room with a new 65-inch Smart TV, or step outside onto the spacious balcony where you can enjoy alfresco dining with a gas BBQ. A high chair is also provided for younger guests.
The master bedroom features a generous ensuite, walk-in robe and a 55-inch Smart TV. Bedroom two offers a queen bed with a 40-inch Smart TV, while bedroom three has two single beds and a 32-inch Smart TV, with both bedrooms featuring built-in wardrobes.
The versatile fourth bedroom/sunroom has its own private external access to both the front and rear of the property, making it perfect for extended family, teenagers or guests seeking additional privacy. It includes a tri-bunk (single bed over a queen bed) plus a day bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The room also features a 55-inch Smart TV with Xbox for hours of entertainment.
The main bathroom includes a bath (please note the spa is not operational), shower and separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
For guests working remotely, the home includes a dedicated workstation complete with a large office desk, adjustable ergonomic office chair, dual monitors, docking station, keyboard and mouse. Simply connect your laptop using the provided USB-C or USB-A cable and you're ready to work.
Entry to the property is via the upper level, while the bedrooms are downstairs. A convenient powder room is also located upstairs.
The fully fenced backyard is perfect for children and your four-legged family members, making this a truly pet-friendly holiday destination.
Sea Breeze is perfectly positioned just moments from the stunning beaches of Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay, as well as the fantastic walking, hiking and cycling trails of Tomaree National Park.

Great property for family large rooms and well equipped. It is a townhouse so many stairs between floors and down to garden and washing line.Children especially liked the table tennis table
