This 3 B/R home is warmly furnished and is in a quiet neighborhood. It features an AZ room (sun room) and a fenced in backyard with patio seating.

The Space:
Welcome to our property!
Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.

This cozy 3bd/2ba property located in a quiet Chandler neighborhood right off loop 101 and minutes from Downtown Chandler. The property is located less than ten minutes from a variety of supermarkets and local restaurants. The home boasts two living areas, a larger room with plush chairs and a sofa, and a smaller sunroom with chairs. Both have HDTVs, as well as the guest room. The kitchen is fully equipped and upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Coffee is waiting for you in the cupboards to get your day started, and a full array of dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans are there for you to enjoy home-cooked meals. Larger dining area seats six, a smaller breakfast table for four and an interior courtyard with dinette for two.

Master Suite: King bed with walk-in closet
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with closet
Bedroom 3/Den: Sofa with pull-out bed

COMMON AREAS:
Large kitchen and breakfast area featuring a separate dining room, living room with separate AZ Sun room.
A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.

(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

PARKING:
Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and the Garage can accommodate two vehicles. No overnight street parking allowed.
**No Trailer or RV Parking Accommodations**

PETS:
Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Dogs only are welcome with an additional fee
*Noise ordinance set in place 9pm-9am. Subject to additional fees if not followed*
*Property vendors (landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

Groups will have access to all areas of the home. You also have access to the laundry room if you`ve been on the road for a while, and the kitchen in case you want to cook a home-cooked meal.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations.
Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. Had a great time with our family house was nice close to our kids home in Chandler. I would rip out the carpets and tile. The bedrooms would be a lot less maintenance. I appreciate you and we would stay again.

Comfortable and clean

Visiting family all within a few miles of this property so it was a perfect location for us.Communication with the host was outstanding. House was comfortable and clean. It offered everything we wanted. We would definitely stay again.

Dockl Dogs Competition in Chandler

My daughter and I came into Chandler for a Dock Dogs competition at Scheels. The house was perfect with the fenced back yard for our dogs. The house was also very inviting for us to come in and relax and had everything we needed. We hosted the Event Staff Saturday night for a pizza party and everyone was impressed. Will certainly book this home again if we are back in the area.

temporary housing

This property suited us for our needs, which was a temporary house until our new home was available. Location was convenient to restaurants and shopping, etc. Having a garage was nice, and the back yard was nice. Things that could be improved include: stained carpet in bedroom, no hot water at kitchen sink, (even after reporting it).
