Hi Ryan, We thank you for the review. When you were staying with us we received the notification that there is a problem with ants and cockroaches. We sent the Pest Control over as soon as possible. We were not able to fumigate as you prefer that we do this after your stay. The Pest Control did not find cockroach but they did informed that there were a lot of ants. They also let us know that they found food crumbs on the bed which caused ants to come around. Rest assured that the home is fully fumigated and inspected as we take this matter very serious. Only bites can be from the ants and this does not cause hospital visit. All the best, stay safe & take care!

We are truly sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience during your stay at our vacation rental. Upon receiving your complaint within the first 24 hours of your arrival, we took immediate action to investigate the matter. Our inspection confirmed the presence of bedbugs in the house, which is completely unacceptable. We want to emphasize that bedbugs can be brought in by guests, sometimes unknowingly, as they can hitch a ride on luggage, clothing, or personal belongings. It is an unfortunate reality that can occur even in the best of hotels and accommodations. While instances of bedbugs are rare in Aruba, it does not mean they cannot happen. What is of utmost importance is how such situations are handled once they arise. In response to the situation, we prioritized the well-being of our guests and took swift measures to address the issue. You were asked to immediately vacate the home, and we provided a full refund for your 10-night reservation. We closed the home for extensive treatments and furniture replacement to eliminate the bedbugs and deal with this challenging situation. We understand that this was an upsetting experience, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption caused to your stay. Please know that it was essential to ensure a thorough and effective treatment process, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. We acknowledge that providing you with a full refund was the right course of action, and we appreciate your cooperation throughout this process. During the closure of the property, we conducted several rounds of professional treatments to eliminate any presence of bedbugs. Furthermore, we replaced all furniture and bedding in the affected bedroom. The entire home has undergone rigorous inspections, and we are pleased to confirm that it has been declared free of bedbugs by certified experts. This thorough process ensures the future comfort and well-being of our guests. Once again, we apologize for the negative experience you encountered and understand your hesitation in dealing with our company again. We hope that you can give us another chance to restore your faith in our services in the future.

WEB, the water company cut the water for the area until noon which was unfortunate but we tried our best to provide you with water bottles in the mean time.
