The facilities were very nice and clean. The shuttles were very handy to have, even though the wall to the beach wasn’t that far. My family and I highly recommend staying here.

We loved the resort; the pools, the bars, the restaurants, the shuttles back and forth to the ocean. Our rental unit was another story. Long waits on responses from host. Check out time for the property was 10am, not 11am as advertised. Several things in the house broken or not working. The light fixture in the laundry area was literally handing from the ceiling with exposed wires. We will go back, but not to 835 Madiera.

Great Place!

This property was easy to find, conveniently located, had great amenities, was very roomy, and had everything we needed. The balcony was great for having our morning coffee and winding down in the evening. I will definitely stay here again!

Would not recommend this property. Carpets are old and need cleaned, lightbulbs burned out, bedroom lamp operable, upstairs shower doesn’t drain well, washer leaks, dryer makes terrible noise (probably a bearing), light in utility closet falling off ceiling, only 3 cereal bowls and 4 knives, host provided incorrect door access code (in writing even!), furniture is worn out and hardwood floors need attention, safe not operable.

Great location. Shuttle service is a great service. It goes to the pool and beach and also takes you across the road to barefoot landing. Everything in the place was perfect for our family of 4. Will be booking this again.

We had a great time. The resort and house we as advertised. Everything was clean on arrival. Location was also very convenient to groceries, restaurants, golf and shopping. We reported a couple of small issues upon arrival and they were dealt with right away.
