Brian's Place Retreat & Resort is a great place to enjoy while in the Nipawin area. With 5 acres of land to explore, fully equipped home, and beautiful views of nature and the river, you will not be disappointed. The entire house will be yours to use during your stay. Whether you choose to sit inside in the cozy living room or outside in the covered patio or outside deck viewing the river, you will have your pick with you and your friends or family that you travel with. Outdoor seating near the fire is always nice (wood provided).

Beautiful view

Nice little house on a beautiful acreage with a relaxing view of the Saskatchewan River from the deck. Little drive from Nipawin but can easily walk across the old bridge into town. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Communication with our host was easy. Would definitly recommend staying.

Beautiful property, amazing views

The property is amazing. Quiet, charming, right along the river. The house had more than what we needed. It was a cozy and renovated with the familiarity of an old farm house. Loved it. The owners were friendly, helpful and accommodating with our late check in and late check out. The only problem was that we only had the chance to stay one night. We will be back!

Riverside retreat

Our stay was just what the Dr ordered. Lots of grass to play some games on and relax in the sun. The deck had a spectacular view of the river. It was very secluded, no traffic and only a 10 minute drive to town. Our host was very prompt on answering our questions and was very personable to deal with. The house was very clean, the a/c was an added bonus. And last but not least, the fishing was outstanding!

Fantastic stay!

The home is very clean and well maintained, feels very warm and welcoming. A home away from home. We stayed over Christmas and it was great. Hosts are very helpful there were lots of little extras throughout the house that were very thoughtful. Great experience and would go back!

Secluded & Serene

Beautiful scenery & tucked away at the end of the road. The property is beautiful with all the trees and many recent updates. Good option for a family/group holiday spot.

Charming

We were pleasantly surprised with the house and property! Bottled water, treats, refreshments, thank-you! The kitchen contained all the amenities and everything was sparkling clean. The linens were great and bed very comfortable. Wifi is a must and there were no problems with it at all! The location and property were amazing we enjoyed our coffee on the deck with the view of the river and the Nipawin bridge. We loved it! You are amazing hosts Rena and Craig!

Wonderful Secluded Getaway

Perfect location for our sledding weekend. Very clean and cozy place. We would definitely book it again.
