Family Friendly

There was plenty of room for everyone. All bedrooms had their own bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped. Walmart was close by if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again!

Overall, the house itself was good and it was in a fine location. Unfortunately, it seems like the cleaning crew did not come before our visit. There was trash, left in trash cans, a crusty rag left in the sink, and even a toilet that hasn’t been flushed. Kitchen-dirty rag in sink (crusty)- crumbs and food sticky on counter- washroom door is broken (safety harzard as it will fall off the hinge)Master bedroom - garbage can not empty (still had dryer lint in trash)- sink/ toilet seat not cleaned- shower does not drain well, in standing water by the time the water gets warm1st guest room- trash in bathroom can still there- dirt swept behind door not cleaned- nightstand/drawer drawers are broken and dont work/fall apart2nd guest room ( not using so havent looked closer)- toilet not flushed with pee still in it

Perfect location!

We were in the area for a family wedding. The townhouse was 20 minutes from the venue. The property was perfect for the 6 adults and 2 children. The property was clean and in a secure location! We did have an issue with the door code not working but we called the local contact and she resolved it quickly! Overall great experience!

Comfortable townhouse

The townhouse was comfortable for everyone. We were close to everywhere we needed to go. The only problem was with cleanliness. We had a dirty towel, a few dirty dishes, and sticky floors. They also need more silverware.

Attention needed

Home was clean, beds were comfortable. Main level bedroom ceiling fan did not work and front dresser drawer panel was broken. Main floor toilet continued to run. (Water leak?)1st bedroom on 2nd floor front dresser drawer panels were broken. Kitchen under refrigerator, cockroach appeared. After using washing machine, clothes had unusual smell. Clothes dryer did NOT work. Clothes were wet after drying with 3 cycles! Ironing board but no iron. These items need attention.

Business Trip

Our team uses rentals on our work trip. This home was large enough we all had our own space. The home was as described. It was nice to have a little more than "basic" kitchen supplies. There were several large pots which is nice when making spaghetti for a group. A suggestion would be to have more seating in the family area. There is only 1 sofa. A few chairs or a loveseat would be great so the group could be together for a while in the evening. Also, there are only 4 coffee cups, but we were able to make it work. Would stay here again.

This property was a cute townhouse with lots of potential. The worst thing about it was the total ineptitude of their cleaning crew and their "guest contact" who was supposed to be our primary point of contact during our stay. I called that person immediatly upon arrival and got no response until the last night of our stay, so I had to call the evolve team to report there were safety and cleaning issues that were very disturbing. I submitted photos that showed evidence that the unit had clearly not been cleaned since the last tenants left. The floors were filthy, there was garbage and trash in and under all the furniture, old coffee grounds in the coffee machine, old expired foods in the cabinets, dirty dishes, and broken furniture and stair treds that should have been reported and repaired before a new renter moved in.

Excellent location close to campus!

House was perfect! Three bedrooms - all can be used as master bedrooms. Had everything needed and was clean and well maintained. We only showered and slept as we were off to campus early and stayed late. Such an easy drive to FSU!!! Pleasantly surprised by ease of going back and forth. Loved every bit if our stay here!

The townhouse was excellent. Very welcoming and clean, everything was made available in the home with extra kitchen necessities and more. However, the neighborhood was uncombed and gave me a sense of uneasiness. My suggestion to the company is to post pictures of the surrounding area where the rental property is located, so you're not misleading the people by showing beautiful homes and townhouses in a run-down neighborhood.

Great location and comfortable stay.

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect property for a couple night's stay. Even with our large family of 8, we all were able to fit comfortably.

Good home for quick trip

We were in town for the weekend. This home is close to museum's, restaurants, Publix, and Walmart so it was a convenient location. I didn't get the door code in my email so I called the number listed and was quickly given the code. The home was accurately depicted in the posting. A nice 3 bed 3 bth townhhouse in a neighborhood. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet despite the amount of homes. The backyard was small with no grill or chairs but we didn't mind. The lawn needed a little cut but with winter trying to leave and spring coming in , it's expected and normal. There was two big piles of trash on the side of the road coming into the neighborhood but this may have been from a rental clean out from another home waiting on trash day. Overall, it was a great place to relax after a long day out and about. We were able to cook breakfast with the provided kitchen ware. We had 8 people so it was nice to be in a home together vs multiple hotel rooms.

Much Needed Comfort

Since we were in Tallahassee to visit a family member in the hospital, it was nice to be comfortable in this townhouse vice a hotel. The property was comfortable and clean and just what we needed during this difficult time.
