Great condo in a quote gated community. Great location, very clean, plenty of room for a family to spread out if needed. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone

A great place at the beach

We had a great time at this property! The location was perfect...just minutes from the beach and easy to get to food and shopping, too. We had plenty of space for four adults and two teenagers. The beach service was perfect! Thanks!

Family trip

It was great, accommodations were good, could have use a few more bath towels for the stay. We were given the wrong gate & door code whose was a little frustrating but it was resolved quickly. The patio chest of beach toys & a wagon were helpful

Location was great, close to the beach and to restaurants/stores. Plenty of space for multiple people. Clean and not out dated. Had almost everything you would need in the kitchen. Didn’t have a pot holder, but just used a hand towel. The upstairs restroom didn't have wash cloths but we managed. We did see a couple roaches, but that sort of comes with being in Florida. I believe it could just be from the front door needing new weather stripping. There are two dehumidifiers that need to be emptied a couple times a day and if you don't, the downstairs one will overflow. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Decent stay close to the beach

The property was a bit older and needed some updates of furniture, carpet, paint, etc. The location was nice and offered a quick walk to the beach. There was no real view of the ocean (you could see a sliver) and not much room on the porch. Overall, I was satisfied but not impressed.

Needs Attention

Place is nice at first lookbut it needs some serious attention for future renters. Master bedroom needs a blackout shade. I had to throw a towel up on the window topper to block all the light. We had to call maintenance on the bathtub as it was holding water at your ankles...this should have been fixed after previous renters or even cleaning crew. Loft king bed as a huge dip in the middle needs to be replaced....my guests didn't get a good night sleep. Kitchen...holy cow more than 3 forks is needed for a place that sleeps 8 ..this was ridiculous. Also please leave some condiments and more than 1 large trash bag. We left some things I how they remained in the unit for the next renter. Will not be back until these things are addressed.

Just stayed here last week. Perfect location and overall facilities (pool, basketball courts, bike rental options, etc) were fantastic. Unit was good, had everything we needed but furniture is filthy. You can tell from the main photo of the supposed white chair that it is not white anymore. Armrests are brown and rest is a gray color. Same for other chair except t is multicolored but it can be felt. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Couple dehumidifier’s were a great addition. Couple extra bath towels would have been nice. Unit needs a little maintenance, cords were being run in very odd areas and master bath needed some love. Definitely needs better window coverings in the master, it was like the sun shining in all night. OVERALL, it was a great vacation. Easy beach access, great location to get to everything we wanted.

Not terrible, but doesn’t fit our needs as we thought

The location is great! Close to the beach, food, entertainment, etc. Beach gate code was not provided to us, causing some work to figure it out. Eventually got it from another guest in the area. Beach service (2chairs/umbrella) are provided with rental, didn’t know that until we got there to the beach. This would’ve saved a lot of car space and hassle had we known via the checkin email. Maybe we missed it in the listing information, I’m not sure. The condo is a lot smaller than photos make it appear to be, so it was extremely tight for 4 adults and 3 kids, 4/2/2months. The condo could use a very good deep clean. Dust all on laundry closet doors, doors broken off completely in several locations, mold on toilet cabinet in upstairs shower room, garbage disposal broken (my dad fixed it) and smells fishy, downstairs toilet is incredibly frustrating. It appears clogged all of the time, but drains extremely slowly. Upon flushing, the toilet doesn’t let all of the waste and water all of the way down. It takes several flushes and waiting periods for the tank to fill back up to flush again. The upstairs could use a dehumidifier machine, like the one downstairs. This would help with humidity and air circulation, like it does downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and stay. We just need a bigger and more specific setup for our larger family.

A mixed bag

The condo was nicely decorated and cozy. The deck is small but you can see the ocean down the block. It was nice to sit out anytime as the sun never directly shown on the deck. The place felt safe and clean in a nice neighborhood. The downstairs king bed was good. The cons were 1. The king bed in the loft was horrible with a big dip in the middle. Impossible for two to sleep in. 2. An overall dampish feeling especially after showers..needs a dehumidifier 3. There were only 3 forks and 4 spoons and absolutely no condiments of any kind(salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc). Could use at least two trash bags for the trash can.

Great place to stay!

Very nice place. Nice decor and furniture and all the amenities! Communication was amazing from start to finish! Super short walk to the beach and even a view of the ocean! We will definitely rebook here!
