Step into this studio for 2 at the Lodge at Lincoln Station and enjoy the river views. On entering, you'll find the full bath on your left and a large closet on your right. Step a few feet further, and the space opens up to a small but updated kitchen along the left wall, next to a dining area for two. Just beyond is the queen sized bed next to the window. Just to the right is the living area with a love seat (not sleep sofa) in front of the large flat screen TV. Step through the slider here and onto the deck, where you can enjoy river and mountain views.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds, and stairs leading down to the river. On the other side is the outdoor pool with grilling area and picnic tables.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details.
Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.

Property was a great little studio in a very nice setting overlooking the slopes and beautiful trees. You cannot see the nearby river (maybe because trees were still full of leaves) but you can hear it, very pleasant. The complex is large and has lots of nice amenities including a pool, sauna and hot tub that were not very busy. Great place for leaf-peeping and seeing the local sites. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the resort was perfect. The room was a bit dated. Most notably, the carpet felt and sounded like I was walking on plastic sheeting. The bed only had two pillows to use and both were flat. I had to fold up an extra blanket to stuff the pillow case to make it “fluffier”.

Had a dmfew things we didnt like...faucet in kitchens leaks like crazy and the excessive stomping from the condo above us...also the way the keys are numbered is confusing..the fob said LA202..there is an L202 and an A202. This should be changed bc we had a hard time figuring out which room...and there is no one there to help. The condo was beautiful and we had a great time other than those issues.

Beautiful view, but the room was a little outdated. Pans under the oven had some rust spots on them. Carpet was very crunchy when walking around the unit and there was a strong musty smell upon entering. Had to use some Febreeze for the room. Workers were very kind and helpful though.

Place is adorable, but lacks maintenance. Broken items in bathroom specifically. Need more utensils. 3 forks and spoons unsat. Needs new pillows and new linen. Put a pullout loveseat in there because although I agree it sleeps 2, no bueno on sleeping with my little cousin again at the age of 64..:p. I’d stay there again, if the above items were addressed.
