The 3-bedroom house will comfortably sleep 6 but not ideal for small children due to risk with natural landscaping and unfenced surrounds.

This inviting home is immaculately presented and well equipped for your rural escape. The location is totally private with views over the valley to the Hawkesbury River. The home has both indoor and outdoor living/dining spaces, the bedrooms are well sized with the main bedroom opening onto the wrap around verandah.

There is no public transport in this area however there is a local driver with a mini bus who can be booked for transport, please contact us if you would like his details.
Other things to note
You enter the property via a unsealed meandering driveway taking you through natural bushland to the home. It is a very steep but suitable for 2 wheel drive vehicles with confident driver.

Leets Vale is a river side suburb north west of Sydney in The Hills Shire. The Hawkesbury River runs through the suburb. This property is located on the Sydney side of the river with no ferry crossing required for access.
