Lovely two-bedroom with loft condo with many upgrades. Screened-in lanai with

table and 2 chairs. Great view of Fazio golf course and mountains. Air

conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room as well as ceiling fans

throughout. Free WIFI and HD TV in both living room and master bedroom.

Upstairs spacious bedroom has its own bathroom. Well-appointed kitchen with

everything you need. Downstairs bedroom and entire upstairs carpet has been

replaced (April 2023) with beautiful tile. Ceramic tile flooring entry, hall,

living room, bathroom and kitchen. Straight walk in from assigned parking, no

stairs from outside and wheelchair accessible. Pool is stone throw away.



Entire unit freshly painted (2023) for the extra clean, crisp feel.



Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of

world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully

manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a

great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle

and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to

a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We

have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ

grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge.

Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos

in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects,

especially ants.

Comfortable, could use updats.

We had a decent stay. Yes, the big ants and crickets made appearances but were easily delt with. The comforters could use a GOOD wash or be replaced. The patio was dirty and the furniture really worn and uncomfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking gear!!!A/C units are new!!! Easy check in and check out. Turtle Bay and beaches within walking distance.

Family Hawaii Trip

Great Location and Property but poor of management campany

First of all, the accommodation itself was great and we enjoyed vacation staying.Originally we stayed another condominium, but wash machine was out of order. So we had to move to this condominium.Most disappont was the management company service quality. It was terrible as late response, no refund, etc... Honestly I love kuilima estate in turtle bay, but all of you should confirm about condition of property directly to the management company, even though beautiful photos on website.

Perfect North Shore family rental

We visit North Shore every other year and have stayed at the Turtle Bay Resort and at the privately owned condos on site. This condo was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities we needed. Things were clean and up to date. The water in the toilet was running when we arrived. I called it in that night and the next morning while we were out the rubber flap was replaced promptly. No complaints about the rental. The only thing was the pool was closed a few of the days but t that's out of the condos control. Check in and out was seamless. We will definitely be back.

Good location, spacious, and clean enough but definitely needs upgrading. Also, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels was not sufficient. The other units had beach chairs and even snorkeling gear, but ours had none of that.

Space was good

The coffee pot did not fit the coffee maker so you had to hold it up to make coffee drip down. There were several dead centipedes and large cockroaches in the cabinets and floor. Most places usually at least have coffee for guests but there was nothing. Other than that it was comfortable.

Spacious with a/c , a bit dated, was not stocked with coffee or anything so bring your own supplies. Close to turtle bay for cafe and restaurant.

We loved the place. Great space with easy walk to beach and horses.

A few housekeeping items…the frig seems to be dripping on the inside. We tried adjusting the temp but there were always puddles on the shelves. Also the screens on the outside porch were really difficult to keep in the tracks.

This is a great location for visiting. North shore. Easy access to both coasts Unit could use some upgrades as it's a bit dated. Fluffier pillow. Prefer white comforters so I know it's clean. Bathroom could use some ventilation and air conditioners were very outdated and needed cleaning . Location was perfect

Had a great time

We had a great time. Beds were comfortable. Space is a little older but is fine. Only issue we had was dealing with Ghost ants the whole time. They came and tried to treat them while we were there. So property management was trying. But still a pain. Other than that we'd stay here again. Pool is nice. Access to Turtle Bay is great.

Family Time In Paradise

Myself, husband, son, daughter and son in law arrived on Oahu at three different times so my Daughter and Son in Law were the first to arrive at the property, they unpacked and loaded up the fridge and then headed back to pick up us and my son, We arrived very late to the property. It was very easy to access the property and once inside It was exactly like the pictures, Everyone had a place to lay their head. In the morning we noticed there were a lot of ants ( tiny ) but still ants so we had to make sure that there was no food left on the counters, and securely closed. Loved the view of the Golf Course (third green) it was quite enjoyable to watch the golfers come thru. The location of the property was exactly what we were looking for, the Turtle Bay resort was very close by and we could walk to the amenities there. We used the golf Course, Spa and restaurants, plus did some snorkelling in the bay there. We saw lots of fish and turtles. Being in the North Shore gave us the opportunity to watch some great Surfing, experience some fantastic food and wonderful beaches. There were a few issues with the property one being if you do laundry please make sure that you leave the door open when drying as the venting is not very good and the moisture accumulates on the ceiling and gets quite wet, we also had an issue with fridge as we notice water pooling on the floor and the bottom of the fridge under the drawers inside was filled with water, I called the management company ( had to use my cell phone as there was no working phone in the condo ) told them the issue. They then emailed me to let me know that they came out and fixed the problem but this happened 3 more times. We figured out that there is a leak from the ice machine and would leak thru the line to the fridge. We had a wonderful time and dealt with whatever issues we had with a laugh and yes I would recommend this property to others. Our family had super family time. Thank you.

We came to attend a family wedding. Since we had 6 in our family, we decided to stay at the Turtle Bay condos vs the Hotel. We had other families that stayed at the condos complex.
