Excellent stay

4 of us throughly enjoyed our time here. Very reasonable distance to the beach and easy to get to. Property manager was extremely responsive and I would have no issue staying here again.

Loved it!

Wonderful host provided much useful information upon booking. Beautiful, clean, updated condo. Had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Easy walk to the beach. Loved the huge deck and all the beach chairs and beach toys in the outdoor closet. Tennis/pickleball courts and pool were amazing and immaculately kept. We will return again in the spring.

Staycation

Needed a couple days to disconnect and unwind and this was the perfect location. Check in was easy, place was very clean and the decor gave off a warm beach feeling. Property is very well kept.

We had a wonderful time! The condo had everything that you would need for a beach trip. I would recommend this little gem to anyone wanting to get away for a few days.

Lovely apartment close to beach!

The owner was fantastic. She gave recommendations, accommodated a late check out and ensured we were comfortable. The apartment was within walking distance to the beach. About 2 miles from a Starbucks, 4 miles from restaurants and grocery. We were able to bike all over from Fiddlers Cove. Beds were comfortable, great water pressure, fabulous air conditioning, quiet property and very clean. Would stay again!

Beautiful condo!

Loved the mid-island location. Condo was beautiful—clean, roomy, updated and well stocked with everything we needed. The complex was gated, quiet and had a ton of amenities. Our favorite was the huge covered porch and short walk to the beach. We will be back!

Easy check-in/check-out, gated community, free parking, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable, updated and had everything we needed and more (beach supplies, tennis rackets, pickleball set, etc.). Highly recommend for your next trip to HHI!

LOVED our stay!

The condo was spotless! This was a great layout for our family of four (2 adult children). This condo has a very large balcony with both a table for dining and a separate sitting area. Comfortable seating in the living room and a very well appointed kitchen which made cooking in a breeze. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Lots of amenities!

We have stayed on Hilton Head Island 9 times over the years and this was by far our favorite! Easy, peaceful, quick walk to the beach. Beautiful pools (we spent an entire day there). The tennis courts are clay and are well cared for everyday. Many more amenities made this complex perfect. Hostess was great and very responsive. We will stay here again on our next trip!

The condo was great! However, it could use a little updating in the items provided (beach buggy/chairs), kitchen items. Also, could have used a few more trash bags. Overall, a perfect little space!

This condo was perfect for us! My favorite was the extra large balcony with dining table and extra seating. We loved sitting out there being up in the trees and watching the birds and squirrels. Bonus was the extra patio door from our bedroom. Great privacy on the balcony! Everything inside was neat, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Clean and great pool

Only issue was that lock code and beach gate code was not included in the emails that I could find. Quick call to owner solved that.

Perfect!

Neighborhood was gated, well cared for and had lots of amenities—pools, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, grills, playgrounds, racquetball courts, work out room, etc. The condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Our favorite was sitting on the huge balcony in the morning listening to the birds and in the evening for a drink. Easy walk to the beach. Wonderful host. Will be back soon!

It also has well stocked kitchen and beach accessories.We had a couple little issues but everything was addressed timely which made it just a blip in the stay. The customer service was awesome!!! The best part of this unit was the fabulous deck. The view over the tennis courts and pool is great. The seating options were great. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the view.

Amazing condo!!!

We loved our stay! The property was well thought out and newly refinished. Lots of little touches that made the condo feel like home especially smart tvs that let us watch our favorite shows in the evenings. Super clean. View from balcony of tennis court and pool. 3rd floor made balcony feel like a tree house. In the parking lot beside the condo is the gate to the path to the private beach. We loved having access to the private beach. About a 5 minute walk. Only “problem” not really big issue. The condo is on the third floor and is stairs only. If you have problems with lots of stairs it might not be the perfect place. Otherwise fantastic stay.

This was a great spot of us - quieter than the west end of the island and a quick walk to a beautiful beach. We went with bikes only for the week and loved it! There are not many restaurants nearby but we rode our bikes easily to Krogers and some small hispanic markets. We really enjoyed the big pool and hot tub which is very close, but not so close as to be noisy.This is a gated community so there are a lot of security codes to keep track of, but that could be a good thing. Kelly was very quick to respond to questions and everything was sparkling clean.

This condo was awesome! Very clean and updated. It was located in a quiet, gated community with lots to do—pools, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, workout room, etc. It was a short stroll (approximately 2 blocks) to the beach. Will be back next year!

The condo was in a gated community with 24-hour security. The complex was quiet and clean and had a clubhouse where you could watch TV, play bean bag toss, play racquetball or work out. There were playgrounds, grills and tennis courts throughout the complex, including right by the condo. The pools and hot tub were clean and also right by the condo. The condo itself was clean, updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. With 2 bedrooms and bathrooms it was perfect for 2 couples.

Perfection!

This condo was absolute perfection! It was very clean, was decorated so nicely and everything (furniture, furnishings, bedding, mattresses, etc.) all seemed brand new. It had everything we could possibly need during our stay (spices, beach chairs, beach equipment, board games, etc.). The patio was huge and you could access it from the master bedroom and living room. We loved having our coffee out there in the morning, eating our meals out there and sitting out there at night for a cocktail. It feels so private and quiet like you’re perched in a treehouse. The neighborhood is clean, peaceful and has a 24/7 security guard which made us feel safe.

We enjoyed our stay here at Folly Field! It was the perfect distance from the beach, very clean, and Kelly was so quick to respond to any messages we sent her way. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.
