This lovely, clean, bright, and comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located in the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort — a gated, family-friendly complex packed with amenities. It's the perfect spot for couples or families looking to enjoy beachside relaxation and fun, soaking up the sun, and making memories with loved ones!

Great spot in every way! There was a VRBO issue (the only reason we couldn't give 5 stars) such that we didn't get an access code or checkout instructions, but the hosts were great to step in and respond quickly. Highly Recommend!

Overall it was good. The unit was clean, cozy and ready for our arrival. The hosts even messaged us that it was ready early which was a nice surprise. The hosts provided great communication and answered our questions promptly. What was lacking was the overall complex and unit. Its older and showing its age. The elevator was a bit scary with the shaking and slow opening. The complex was dated and did not provide much scenery or trails for biking or walking that we could find close to the building. The patio carpet was dingy and could use an update or cleaning. The walk to the main beach was a little further than I thought but since it was a slow week, parking was easy at the beach access so I drove over. The ocean is visible from the unit but you can not feel the breeze or hear the waves. Inside the unit was ok. The pillows, bed and sheets were awesome! They were comfy and so soft. The biggest disappointment was the units sofa. It was not comfortable and also kinda dingy. It made it difficult to unwind and watch tv after a full day in the sun. We also could not get the cable to work so had to rely on steaming services. We would definitely recommend the hosts but probably would not book the unit again since the complex lacked some of the amenities we are accustomed to when visiting HHI.

What a wonderful place for my girls and I to have a little getaway. The bed is very comfy, but bring your own pillows. The bunks were also comfy and fit my tall 16 and 13 year olds. There were beach chairs and sand toys along with a cooler for our use. The unit itself had everything we needed and I didn’t wish I had brought anything in particular. Communication with the owners was very quick and they even sent us back a blanket we left on accident. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little spot

This is a nice condo for a couple or small family with everything you need to enjoy HHI. Easy walk to the beach and pool! Just a short drive down to Coligny area. Hope to be back again!

Great property! Clean, quiet, love that it provided beach towels and toys. Only a few minutes walk to both the beach, pool, and onsite restaurant. Wonderful stay for my family with young kids!

A month on a beautiful island at this little condo was just what we needed. Perfect location for exploring Hilton Head and all it has to offer- walking paths, nature, beach, museums, shopping, and restaurants.

Such a cute condo!

My kids and I had a great long weekend here! They loved the bunk beds, and I loved being able to hear and see the ocean from the balcony...so relaxing! We found the description of the property to be accurate and would definitely stay here again!! :)

A great long weekend for our family

This condo is great for young families. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to put our pack n play in closet at the foot of our bed and the big kids loved the bunk beds. The beach is an easy 5-7 minute walk or you can easily drive as there is plenty of parking. The pool right on the beach was great.Brett and Sarah were very quick to answer any questions. We will stay here again.

Amazing property

This condo was perfect for my getaway. The location was quiet and had great views from the balcony. The condo was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Next time I visit I can leave half the things I packed at home because they were provided. The bed was very comfortable making for a restful week. I have already recommended it to multiple people and I can't wait to visit again.

Not clean and bad customer service

Absolutely love staying at the beach and tennis resort but I will make sure to never book with this host again. The floors were gross and sandy when we got there, was expecting the unit to be clean. I contacted the host as we were surprised there was not drawers of any kind to store clothing for the week (just a few hangers in the closet). His response was my 3 kids and I should just live out of our suitcase for the week or book somewhere else. Will absolutely be back at the Beach and Tennis resort as we go yearly but will not be back with my host. My mom stayed at another unit and had a much better experience. Had to bend over backs to get the cleaning fee reversed when it was filthy to begin with.

Great property, Great Hosts

The stay here was perfect! It was close to the beach; only a couple min walk. The condo had beach chairs, buckets and shovels, and a beach wagon. This was perfect for our family of 4. Our flight was affected by the Microsoft outage and we ended up driving. I called Brett and Sarah to let them know about our circumstances and that we’d be getting in a day late. They graciously pushed our dates back a day at no charge. We would definitely stay here again. Not only a great condo, but all around wonderful people to rent from.
