This lovely, clean, bright, and comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located in the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort — a gated, family-friendly complex packed with amenities. It's the perfect spot for couples or families looking to enjoy beachside relaxation and fun, soaking up the sun, and making memories with loved ones!

Located on the third floor (near the elevator)
Cozy master bedroom with queen bed, TV, small dresser, nightstands, and closet
Bunk beds with two kid-sized twin beds
Comfortable living room with sleeper sofa, chair, and Smart TV
Dining area seats four
Covered balcony with ocean view and seating – perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks

Kitchen
Enjoy home-cooked meals with everything you need: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig, drip coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, cutlery, glasses, and food storage containers.

Great spot in every way! There was a VRBO issue (the only reason we couldn't give 5 stars) such that we didn't get an access code or checkout instructions, but the hosts were great to step in and respond quickly. Highly Recommend!

Great little spot

This is a nice condo for a couple or small family with everything you need to enjoy HHI. Easy walk to the beach and pool! Just a short drive down to Coligny area. Hope to be back again!
