The house was exactly as described. The vies were exceptional- sat on porch mesmerized! Kitchen was an amazing space, beds were very comfortable! Would definitely go back.

Easy access and very clean. The view is spectacular! Slightly dated, missing wardrobe handles in master, couldn’t use the split system in the kitchen as remote wasn’t working, curtains need some attention. All super minor issues and easily overlooked when you see the mountain and lake vistas. Close to town, could possibly walk but we hired a car. Great communication from the hosts. Would recommend and stay again.

Views!

Our family stayed here in July, snow-capped mountains looked even better than the listing shows! We had a car, but there is also a bus stop (10 min walk) from where you can get to all ski areas and downtown Queenstown.

Dreamy views

Our family enjoyed our stay, it was equiped with everything we needed. We really recommend getting the additional spa add on, it was a great treat to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city.

Fantastic view and lovely house

Our family enjoyed our stay in the holiday house. The spa is worth to try even it costs you extra money. We found it is better than Onsen.

Complete bait and switch! Not worth the ! Bloodstained/ripped sheets, broken stove top (owner sent ChatGPT generated instructions, stained carpeting, peeling cabinets, chipped/scuffed walls, rusted/broken amenities, clogged drains, overgrown weeds in garden, ZERO BASICS. Images shown here are ai-enhanced--actual furnishings from the 80's. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND! Only positive was standing on balcony, and pretending not to look inside, otherwise, this place was gross! Left a day early just to stay somewhere clean.

Paradise Found

Sam is an excellent host with prompt communication to answer any questions! My husband and I and 3 adult kids spent Christmas Eve and Christmas at his beautiful place in Queenstown. The views are absolutely stunning - better than the pictures! As far as the interior, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are super comfy with excellent linens, the showers are heavenly, and it was super clean. The garden is amazing and we were able to have a Christmas tree of fresh flowers. Sam’s kitchen is well stocked – we had everything we needed for our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day feasts. This is not always the case in rental properties. So if you’re a chef, you will enjoy working in this kitchen with the views of serenity. The neighborhood is safe and super quiet. Book now, you won’t be disappointed.
