Welcome to our brand new vacation home with a pool in the heart of downtown Dripping Springs, Texas. This prime location offers proximity to wineries, breweries, distilleries, wedding venues, shopping, and restaurants. The freshly remodeled home is perfect for groups, families, and wedding parties. Use it as your home base to explore the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Enjoy the ideal location and pool during your stay. Book now and create unforgettable memories!

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $63.87 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Super Clean Great Location

We came with our 2 kids and everyone was very comfortable- our daughter loved the bunk beds. The home and yard was super neat/clean and all the basics were provided. The location was perfect for us, easy access to all the places we wanted to visit in Dripping Springs. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful place and ideal location. No manual/binder for using amenities. TV in living room stopped working. Was given the wrong Wi-Fi PW but found it in an inconspicuous location on second day. Tissues would be nice as would dish towels but overall extremely well stocked.Would definitely recommend this property.

contemporary house, comfortable stay

House is very clean and has cute decor. Great linens. Convenient location. Could use dresser in front bedroom, a coat rack or some hooks in entryway, and some more hangers in bedroom closets. Television in front bedroom would be a bonus. Pool smaller than it looks - appropriate for dipping but not swimming. All in all, very comfortable and a great option for staying in Dripping Springs. We'd stay again if we were in the area.

An unexpected highlight!

The Mrs. and I came up from San Antonio to meet our son, daughter-in-law and three grandkids. The house accommodated us comfortably! What was the unexpected highlight??? We've rented homes with swimming pools plenty of times before. And sometimes, we've completed our stay without dipping so much as a toe into the pool. But this one was so inviting and easy to use! And although a simple design, it was a ton of fun with the little ones! The whole experience exceeded our expectations :)

The home was gorgeous and very convenient! I would only suggest more exterior lighting, a house number on the property (if there is one, I couldn't find it), and an interior reinforcement lock that bypasses the keypad for when the renter is there for the night. I arrived at dark and stayed the 1st night by myself. I ended up putting chairs behind the doors.

Perfect choice

We were attending a wedding in one of the venues. We were 4 adults one teenager and 2 toddlers. The house was perfect. Cozy ,impecable, well equipped with everything we needed. Quite surroundings but walking distance to restaurants and shops. Safe for the kids to run their scooters. Great backyard with pool. We had a great time.

Perfect location in Dripping Springs Texas.

This location is blocks away from a number of cool boutiques, BBQ, and a locally owned coffee shop. It will comfortably sleep 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 kids (the bunk beds are large enough to sleep 4 kids). I will likely book this same house for our return visit in the near future.

Nice place to stay!

It was really nice. It’s been updated and had nice comfortable furniture. Very warm in that it has wood floors, a patio swing, and an outdoor fire pit! I just really enjoyed the house!!

Great weekend stay

Great property with plenty of room for the family. It was hard to tell from the pictures but the bunk beds are full beds which is great.
