Horizon 7, set in Pokolbin, is a contemporary country property on one acre within the Bentwood Estate. The Estate is set against the Brokenback Mountain with views from the accommodation of the surrounding bushland and vineyards.
Perfect for groups of up to 10 guests Horizon 7 is peaceful for those who wish to relax yet conveniently located just a short drive to the delights of Broke Road, concert and wedding venues, wineries, restaurants and cellar doors the delights of Broke Road. Just 8 minutes drive to the Hunter Valley Gardens, and only a short drive away from Hunter favourites such as Oakvale, Tyrells and Tullochs, Muse Kitchen and Enzo Cafe.
Horizon 7 features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master with en-suite, walk-in robe and a Smart TV, and the other 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom designed with ability in mind with tub and separate toilet.
The house has a bright open-plan living area comprising a comfortable lounge room with a smart 65” TV, Dining table for 8 guests, kitchen island with seating, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and filtered rainwater supply. The dining area opens out to a large outdoor entertaining area equipped with a BBQ.
This well-appointed property has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and WiFi, plus an internal laundry.
As with many of our rural properties this property has exterior CCTV cameras located and front and rear of the property.
Sit back on the covered patio with fan to relax, watch the kangaroos hop by, or why not try one of the many outdoor games available: croquet, garden quoits, lawn darts, Mega Connect 4-1, giant chess set and giant checker set, which are all available to guests. For guests' convenience Wi-Fi is provided for guests.
A minute’s drive from the property takes you to the Estate tennis court and swimming pool for your use whilst in residence.
Please note, Horizon 7 has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property. Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.
Pets may be considered upon request and must be requested at time of booking for approval. If approved, we permit a maximum of 2 dogs at the property at any one time. Please note the property is not fully fenced. A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.

Please note that a $40.00 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
