The place was clean and everything as the pictures portrayed. The biggest perk for us was how close and easy access the beach was. And the fact that it's only a three-story building meant the beach was not completely overrun and crowded as with some beaches that are in front of a high-rise building. The contact less check-in was pretty easy and straightforward. There were plenty of things in the unit such as beach chairs and things like that so that we did not have to rent those or buy those. It was just a wonderful stay and again the location was great with pretty private balcony literally right on the beach.

The location and views were great. I appreciated sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins every morning. Having beach chairs available was a wonderful surprise!!! Overall the place is fine however some upgrades could be done to enhance a persons stay. There is a distinct smell when you walk in and the shower had great pressure but the streams of water were not all working. The living room furniture had stains and the bedroom light would randomly turn on and I could not figure out what some of the light switches did! I would stay here again just because of the location

Perfect location

Condo was very quaint. It’s the perfect location across the street from John’s Pass. Loved Gulf view and balcony was never in direct sun.

Perfect location

We had a fantastic time here. Location is perfect for the easy beach access, and for John’s pass. The pool was a hit for the kids. Size of the room was great for our family of 4. Only down fall was the cleanliness. Condo needs a good deep cleaning. But all we did was sleep there. We would stay here again.

Location is great! Surf Song is an older resort but maintained very well. We totally enjoyed our stay and have no complaints with service, check-in/check-out process and ease of communication. We will be back!

My oldest granddaughter (20) wanted a getaway with just the two of us. Nice and quiet, she said.

Surf Song was perfect for us. Clean, quiet, great view from our balcony, friendly people. We will be back!

We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect and right across from John's Pass. Condo was clean with ample supplies. The balcony was beachfront so we could enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay again and would also use TRS for reservation services.

We enjoyed it! Lady at the office was very friendly. Loved the location. The balcony and under cover parking was really nice. Property was well maintained and the maintenance staff were friendly and kept everything looking good.

Highs and lows of the stay. Starting with lows, so I can end on a high. The check in and out process was just that, a process. You have to go to the main office for keys. Most of the other units had electric locks with a code. Not ours. When it was time to check out I had to walk a few minutes down the street, in the rain to drop off the keys, then back to the unit to catch an Uber. This could definitely be streamlined. While out and about I received a call about a bed bug inspection. It was going to be happening within the next 10 minutes. I inquired further and was told it was a standard every 90 day check. I didn’t appreciate how little notice we were given. We had not prepared and had valuables in the place. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper for four people to stay 6 days. When I called and asked for more I was informed they usually only give enough for 1 day then we should supply our own. However, when I inquired further they did allow me to stop by for more (free of charge). Toilet paper for 1 day it gave more Now for the highs- the unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful. Plus the ease to be mere steps from the beach was amazing! The pool was clear, not overly chemically treated, and had a nice deep 8.5 feet section.
