We stayed for 4 days at the home and had a wonderful time. It was a couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful views from the balcony. We enjoyed the fishing and shell tour that was a 5 minute walk to the marina. Was able to fish right off the jetty and beach. The unit had a cooler, a couple of beach chairs and even fishing rods. Our family had a great time. We highly recommend eating at Cantina's and Lisa's Brunch which was about a ten minute walk. Food was amazing. Looking to come back soon. Thanks for letting us stay at your place!

Great location!Nice sized 1 bedroom right in the beach. Place was nice and clean. Only thing that would make this place better is a washer and dryer. If it had that I would be back for a week!

Host was very easy to work with and communicated well throughout the process. Very nice and clean condo. All the amenities were good. The only suggestion I have is to replace/update the beach towels and the beach supplies/cooler. While the towels were clean, they were thinning and stained. The beach equipment/ cooler appeared very worn and used. Also, one of the chairs on the balcony is damaged and could not be used.Overall the experience was great and would absolutely look to reserved this condo again.Thank you so much!

Nice location. Close to many things. Nice clean pool and surroundings. Terrible cheap toilet paper and toilet was dirty as well as the floors.

Birthday weekend with girlfriends. Had an amazing stay, even though it rained most of the time. we made the best of it. Great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Our stay

The location was great. The unit had been newly painted and decorated and looked nice. However the furniture, couch, bedding and mattresses specifically need replacing. Also the tile floors need to be cleaned. The description of having a half bath was a little misleading as a toilet and sink were installed in a storage closet with the hot water heater and beach supplies. That being said, we contacted the rental company and were assured they would address all of the suggestions listed. We would definitely stay here again knowing that these issues had been resolved..

First Timers

This was my families first time booking through Vrbo and it did not disappoint! The condo looked exactly like the pictures and our view was spectacular! Communication regarding our booking was easy to follow and contained all the details we needed for our stay.The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Felt like a home away from home. The condo contained beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys which was awesome! The location of the condo was nicely placed between the beach and Johns Pass which allowed us to enjoy a nice day at the beach and then walk across the road to shop and eat. Would recommend to others and we will hopefully visit again in the future.

Good response from owners. Great view from balcony. Quiet property. Appliances worked easily, good amount of towels, nice location across John’s Pass, very roomy. Needs: inside drawers were dirty, room not available at 4p but 15 min late, need to provide better info about starter pack: bar soap very small, coffee provided for one cup. kitchen towels seemed dirty compared to the cloth to wash dishes If there is rain the parking spot has large puddles plus the hall to room has standing water. Creepy to have a toilet and sink in closet just like other rentals extra costs increase rate. The place was concerning at first but OK at the end.

Sister Reunion

3 Sisters, 3 different beds. Could have used a couple more blankets it was cold out. We did buy hand soap for the bathrooms and a couple extra TP. Guess we should have been a little more prepared on our own. Great location, view and sunsets. Would stay here again.

Nice property right on the beach with excellent views. Place was very clean and management was very helpful and on top of things. A lot of construction going on which is understandable with the hurricanes last Fall. Owner provided beach chairs, umbrella and even a cooler which was nice. Only thing that could have been better was if they provided more than one bar of soap (two bathrooms), higher quality bath towels and a power strip to plug my phone in near the nightstand
