Make special Cape memories in this 3 bed, 2 bath residence in Brewster. The property has a first-floor primary with a queen-sized bed and A/C along with two bedrooms. The second bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and A/C, has the third bedroom with a trundle and A/C. Kitchen and dining are combined and offer comfortable seating for six. Enjoy outdoor dining on the spacious deck for grilling (we recommend some fresh scallops or tuna!)
The property sleeps six people, access to 2 private beaches on Sheep Pond (with beach passes provided for cars to park at the Tupelo Drive landing). Kayak friendly.

Limit of 2 cars in driveway. Parking of 3rd vehicle requires owner permission. Additional amenities include WiFi, Washer/Dryer, dishwasher.

Trash will be picked up by Owner on Wednesday.
