This beach home backs up to a grassy, natural dune at Cinnamon Shore North, where you have access to the nearby Dune Pool, two other pools, restaurants, and other on-site amenities. Double, stacked porches and outdoor dining deck expands the already spacious home. It’s a perfect place for family and friends or even two families to share, promising truly memorable vacations.
AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: This spacious, second-floor living area combines cozy family room, with huge sectional sofa and wicker chairs, a dining area, lined with cabinetry and seating 10 under whimsical light fixture and vaulted ceiling, and a dreamy kitchen, with stainless appliances, island with sink and extra barstool seating, chef’s range, and wine cooler.

Casa Mallorca is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Casa Mallorca the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
