Relax and unwind in this beautiful character home looking over stunning ocean views and magical sunsets, and listening to the soothing sounds of the sea. Everything is at your doorstep—shops, restaurants, cafes, etc., even work in the city centre. The house accommodates up to 10 people, and is for your exclusive use.

Ideal for family, friends, business stays, anyone wanting a comfortable and relaxing, beach stay, close to the city centre, wine and gourmet food regions.

We have four large bedrooms, all with ample storage, with feature ornamental fireplaces:
­ Bedroom 1 - 1 king bed, 2 wardrobes, suitcase stand
­ Bedroom 2 - 1 king bed, 1 tall boy with 6 drawers, suitcase stand
­ Bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed, 1 wardrobe
­ Bedroom 4 - 2 single beds (which convert to 1 king bed or 4 low rise single beds), 2 wardrobes.
NB: Requests for KING BED or 4 SINGLES must be made at least ONE WEEK before arrival.
Other spaces available include:
• Two separate living areas: a living room towards the front of the house and a rear sunroom with French doors opening on to the outdoor area. Both spaces have a smart TV
• Enclosed verandah from which to sit and take in the sunset
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Separate dining area with beach views.
• Spacious rear yard with a paved outdoor entertaining area and pergola. Includes gas BBQ and outdoor dining table. You can enjoy a private outdoor dining experience where you can open the side gate to take in the beach view while eating alfresco.

The property includes:
• All bed linen and towels, including beach towels.
• Bathroom with a full sized bath tub, lots of storage, all the essentials including, hand soap, body wash, moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and toilet paper.
• Separate laundry/bathroom with toilet and shower, plus washing machine and condenser dryer.
• Ducted heating and cooling throughout for year round comfort. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms
• Free WIFI
• Fully fenced property with a security alarm system.

We also provide (free of charge—but please give us advance notice):
• portacot;
• change table;
• baby bath;
• high chair; and
• toddler chair.

Parking is off-street at the rear, behind radio operated gates. There is space for up to two cars.

We have a security video doorbell at the front door pointing towards the beach. We also have a security camera at the back of the property pointing towards the driveway and back gate. These are always on and will be on during your stay. There are no security devices within the house.
