The location was in a nice neighborhood close to a lake. Beautiful Mountain Views, quick drive to great hiking. Morning coffee in the hot tub was wonderful. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

It was clean, one floor which we liked, in a good location. We could sit outside on the porch and see Pagosa Peak and the mountain range. It was perfect for getting to hiking trails.

Just What We Needed

Our family stayed for a week and loved the house. Grey Rock offered great amenities, views, and relaxation. The home was clean and the floorplan was perfect for a family. We enjoyed the hot tub and games as family. The neighborhood was quite and the lake was a short walk away.

Wow, what a perfect spot for our family of four to enjoy for Spring Break! It was super clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy, storage space was plentiful, and we appreciated the layout of both shared and private space in the home. We cooked a lot of meals while there and had everything we needed, were able to keep up with laundry to assure we had fresh and dry clothes for skiing every day, and it was so nice to be able to bring our pup so she could greet us at the end of our adventurous days. The property management company checked in multiple times throughout our stay to assure that our needs were met, which provided an extra layer of satisfaction regarding the whole experience. We will definitely be back!

Great stay at Grey Rock Cottage, Pagosa Springs, CO.

This home was perfect for us 4 2 dogs. Scenery was nice, close enough to town but up the mountain to enjoy the quiet, country feeling. Natural hot springs are nice, but having a private hot tub on the deck at vacation home was the best.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

We had a really nice stay at the Grey Rock Cottage. Some of our favorite things were the hot tub, quiet location with nice views, well-stocked kitchen, BBQ grill, nice patio with furniture, and a the house being new. Overall a great stay and we will absolutely look to book this house again next time we are in Pagosa.

Good trip

Good trip The house at 57 Gray Rock Court was adequate. The location was good with hiking trails close by. We enjoyed the town of Pagosa Springs and generally the whole area. We had always gone to Summit County so this was a pleasant change.

It is as good as it looks!

The best guest home we’ve ever stayed in. Located in the best location imaginable. We couldn’t be more pleased! 10/10! The can opener was inoperable, but since my wife is a redneck, we made do.

We were very pleased with our stay. The home was very comfortable and we were grateful our pets could join us. Bedrooms and baths comfortably furnished and kitchen met all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub at night — particularly the kids!

Beautiful house

Great holiday trip

This property was a perfect size for our group. The open concept made it perfect so we could all interact together. With adults and kids, we never felt crowded. And it was close to shopping and the mountain. Wish the hot tub had been functional as it would have been a perfect place to watch the snow fall.

Relief from the Heat

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is new with comfortable new furnishings and everything needed in the kitchen. The location is great near the lakes. A little bit out of town. Ice maker is small for our liking. Overall, a very nice property.

Great quiet location

This was a great quiet location not far from town. We enjoyed the house and the peace and quiet. We had ZERO cell phone coverage out there (Verizon) but we did have the WiFi log on and it worked great. The house was spacious and very clean. We took the dogs- wish the yard was fenced but it was a minor inconvenience and a great view as a distraction.

Excellent Property

The house must have been recently built or remodeled and refurbished. Everything was brand new or immaculately maintained. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was located with easy access to Pagosa Springs.
