Overall, we had a great stay. So many nice people in the complex and such a great view. A few upgrades to the living area couch/chairs would be nice, but this didn’t affect our stay. We really enjoyed our vacation here and it was nice to be close to everything we needed.

Great beach getaway

My family and I really enjoyed the property and location of the condo. Very close to barefoot landing and lots of other good places to visit. It was very clean and we would stay again.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. We had a whole wonderful time and there was plenty of space for everyone . We would love to stay at the condo again.

Crescent Sands

Didn't get to stay long because of a family emergency. Place was nice inside as described and roomy. There were a few sand roaches on the deck every once in a while, but it is the beach. Would definitely return.

Great view of ocean

The view was amazing and this condo had a large balcony with shade and sun making it nice. It is directly beside the public beach access which I didn’t realize before booking so the beach area was very busy. When we got there there were rugs laying on the furniture and it seemed like they hadn’t swept it because there was sand all over the floor so I assumed someone would be back to finish but no one ever came. The one spare bath had mold/mildew up the shower curtain liner and across the bottom of both curtains. I called the office about it on Sunday expecting them not to be able to get to it until Monday but the very kind lady came right over with a new liner. The kitchen could’ve definitely been cleaner. It is an older building so the door barely latches so you have to make sure you lock it every time or it will come open on its own. Overall we had a nice stay and it was perfect size for 6 people, 4 teens and 2 adults but was just lacking a bit in the cleaning department.

Beautiful Condo on beach

This is a lovely condo, especially for three gal pals spending a fun, relaxing week in Myrtle Beach the first week of May! Spacious, clean, and right on the beach, but there are a few things management could do better. Bring an extra dish towel or two because though bath towels are adequately supplied, management only supplies one dish towel, and they may not be very nice if you request an additional one. Each television has two remotes, so have a tech wizard in your party because there are no instructions or any type of user guide for the remotes. Question management if any unit maintenance may occur during your stay. It was a bit unsettling waiting for management to confirm the stranger at our door was indeed their pest control contractor and it was Spray Treatment Day. Previous notification of the pest control schedule would have been very helpful, and greatly appreciated because a member of our party has asthma and breathing issues. We would have planned to have been out of the unit at that time, and that would have been fine, because pest control can access the unit whether you’re there or not, (and this may or may not be an issue for you).

Thank you for your review and feedback. We provide a kitchen towel and cleaning rag for each kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in the property if you need to clean. Unfortunately all TVs are different in each property that we manage so we don't have instructions on how each TV works. We are sorry that you had an issue but we are available to help if necessary.

Wonderful beach and close to fun!

The condo was spacious and would definitely be good for large families! Beach access was easy. There were only 2 downsides this trip. 1. The building is being structurally supported by temporary beams in the parking garage on one end, making the stairs unusable on that side and there is only 1 very small elevator. It was REALLY CROWDED at times and we had to wait multiple times for the elevator. 2. The property manager’s communication was prompt but not helpful and inaccurate answering my questions before arrival. I asked about the type of coffee pot and she replied the owner is only required to have one and she did not know what kind. And, I asked about beach chairs and umbrellas being available in the property. She replied that we could rent them. So we brought some. We didn’t need to because there was an entire outdoor closet with chairs, floaties and an umbrella for us to use. It would be more helpful if the property manager knew what came with the property. The property itself was WONDERFUL! Lots of towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked with tools.

Great Stay

Very well kept condo in a perfect location. The check-in process is quite antiquated as you have to go to rental office to get your check-in packet which includes your access code. This is the first time in a while that I have not been provided the access code by email and been able to go directly to the condo. We arrived after hours of the rental office being open, so they had to place the code in a lock box for us to drive by and pick up. I'm sure the company has its reasons to keep this outdated process, but it was inconvenient for our family.

Great Stay Except…

Don’t look under beds or corners…not clean. Found an unwrapped condom under my bed. Sheets didn’t fit and 30 watt light bulbs throughout. Thought there would at least be a bit of dish soap, cooking spray, salt/pepper but no. Toaster didn’t work and it took 2 days to get a replacement. BUT! Awesome location to beach, pool never crowded, beach is perfection. Gals in rental office are very nice too!
