We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. The view off the lanai is amazing! Communication with the host was extremely prompt. I would certainly stay here again if I was in Princeville.

Solid 4-4.5 stars. Property is on the second floor of a building along the shoreline. Incredible view of sunsets from the lanai and dining room. The property provided insulated tote bag (but no reusable ice packs), beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, etc. We visited in August 2026 and was told that it was unusually warm; the property has open ventilation concept with the outside so the property can be warm and humid inside. Each bedroom has a portable A/C unit which does an adequate job of cooling the room down to about mid-70 degrees. Be aware that one of the big draw for us was that the property was walking distance to the popular and secluded Hideaway beach; however, the beach was damaged and is closed for the foreseeable future. To our surprise, the property does provide access to a secluded beach below the property (via a steep paved path through what my wife called “a magical tropical forest”). The beach is off a lava shelf with lava boulders which makes it out worldly looking and an incredible place to watch sunsets.

Our entire family agreed that the rental made our trip the best ever. The ease of working with Cash, the view, the amenities, the location, we can’t say enough how happy we were with it. On our final day we just relaxed on the deck and caught glimpses of whales in the distance and had the best sunset the entire week. Perfect ending to a perfect week! Mahalo Cash!

Gorgeous views of waves, foliage, sunsets and more. ( rainbows, occasional whales and surfers)

The views are immaculate. Can watch surfers and the sunset.So easy to get to Hanalei Bay and walk Princeville.Again, the photos don’t do justice with the views.

We've stayed in Princeville several times over the years. This was by far one of the best condos we've stayed in. The location was perfect for us. The view was outstanding! We loved being able to watch the ocean and the waves from the kitchen, the living room and the deck. We see some amazing sunsets as well. The condo itself was very well appointed. We enjoyed the bedrooms - the AC made it very comfortable. The mattresses were very nice as well. We used the pool and the hot tub every day - both were great, despite the construction going on. The host was very nice and always responsive to any questions we had. Overall it was a very enjoyable week. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Beautiful location and spectacular views. We also really appreciated how well stocked the rental was. It was great to have four beach chairs and an ice chest to use. The kitchen also had just about every gadget you might need, high quality knives and pans, and quite a few basic kitchen necessities which was really helpful!

Beautiful Pali Ke Kua Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The views are amazing, the beds are super comfortable, it was clean, decorated very tastefully, and had all the amenities we could want. Cash was a wonderful host as well!

The view from this property is truly breathtaking. Definitely just that is worth the price of admission. The positives are as follows. The location is perfect and is located in this beautiful property that is very walkable. Check in was easy with code lock on door. To get essentials it’s about a 5-10 minute drive. The bedrooms with AC in both were very nice. Beds are not plush but comfortable. Nice bathrooms in both with great shower head pressure. Washer and dryer were a life saver. The kitchen is a bit dated but has everything you need. Unit was clean. The 5 minute walk down to Hideaway beach is paved and though a little steep on way up was definitely worth it to have your own protected beach. Bring water shoes. Without hesitation would book again. Very few if any negatives. The living room is a bit smaller than in pictures and does get a little hot midafternoon in July. There are plenty of fans that help. No Keurig but get some 100% ground Kona or Ka’u coffee for the Mr Coffee maker and it will ruin you from the 10% Kona back home. Property was clean but could use a deep clean. Bring or rent snorkeling gear as there was only two sets that we found. I’m really nitpicking because overall this is an awesome property and will stay here again our next visit. I’ll mention the view again as it is picturesque with beautiful Pacific and Bali Hai views from the balcony and mountain waterfall views from the entrance. Book if available!

A dream

We have stayed in Kauai many times before, and this condo was our favorite. Excellent location and views, comfortable living space for our family of four, and a great host. It exceeded expectations, and we would love to stay here again!
