Villa La Estancia Resort - Beachfront One Bedroom Suite is located in Cabo San Lucas famous Medano Beach at Lands End.

This Airy and Sleek Beachfront Suite measures Approximately 800 square feet (30 square meters) and includes:

One Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed, Sitting Area, and a full marble bathroom with whirlpool tub. Handicapped bars in both the shower and toilet areas.

Entertaining Area with Living Room and Full Bathroom

Beachfront Furnished Deck/Patio Area.

A pillow menu, premium bedding, and cotton linens invite a good night's sleep while soft cotton bathrobes and designer toiletries usher in relaxation.

There is a bar counter in the suite with a small refrigerator, microwave oven, and a coffee maker.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: The Los Cabos Municipal Government charges to all visitors the amount of $79.20 PESOS (APPROX $4 USD) per room, per night. The fee is used exclusively for improving the quality of life in the working-class neighborhoods of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, in projects like beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, coastal wetland management, reforestation, and other sustainable programs. This is a governmental fee that is mandated by the local government; even though the fee is collected by the resort upon check-out.

Also please note that September is maintenance/construction month. While you may not be impacted by this, please be aware that there may be potential for loud noise, stemming from construction during your stay. This is unfortunately out of our control and we will not be able to refund for any construction related issues during the month of September.

Cabo Perfection

Great beach front condo with spacious balcony overlooking the beach. Staff was incredible and attentive. The location can't be beat. Would definitely recommend this unit and the overall resort. You wouldn't have to leave because there is so much to experience on property but you're only a short $11 taxi to the nightlife and party that is Cabo San Lucas. No Bad Days at this rental.

Our second visit - What an amazing vacation!

We recently spent four amazing nights at Villa del Palmar and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. One thing we appreciated was how clean the room was - it was clear that the staff put a lot of effort into maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities. The staff members themselves were also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, one thing that I missed during my stay was having a small kitchen in the room. One highlight of my stay was trying the chilaquiles for breakfast - they were absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend giving them a try. The cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff made it a great choice for our trip to Cabo.

The unit did not have any eating utensils at all...no coffee upon arrival....reaquested a few items and they were delivered. Asked for coffee and was never delivered. No communication took place from vrbo after check in. Wouldnot stay in this unit again.

Live in luxury

From the moment we got into our luxury taxi through the resort from the airport, we were given top tier service. Our driver offered to drop us off anywhere we needed to go on the way to the resort. Once we arrived, they immediately took our bags. Even the smell of the lobby was was lovely. We went out of our way to go through the lobby to get the fresh smells. The check in process was seamless. We went for our honeymoon and our concierge setup with room with chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and roses laid out everywhere with a full bubble bath. Everything on resort is charged to the room so need to carry and cash or credit card with you. We went to multiple restaurants on resort and they were all amazing. Our concierge Johana was constantly checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The entire resort was always so clean. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Will definitely be coming back.

A little piece of paradise!

We just spent a few nights in this lovely room with a view that was just outstanding! We could lie in bed and watch the cruise ships come in and then sit on the balcony with a nice glass of wine and see down the length of Medano beach and the pool. I really think this unit has the best view in La Villa Estancia. It was very comfortable and even had an amazing ocean view from the bathroom with total privacy. It was also lovely and quiet being on the quiet end of Medano beach. The hotel was also excellent, the staff were super hospitable and made you feel very welcome and the pools were amazing. We will definitely be back. One small thing is that the room needs more garbage cans as we only had one small one in the bathroom. It would also have been nice to have a bigger kitchen because reaching the safe and the coffee maker was awkward. However, these were small things that our room more than made up for and the property manager was easy to work with. Without hesitation we will be back again! Thank you for making such a lovely room available to rent.
