The entryway opens up to a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The comfortable sitting area has a couch and armchair set in front of the cable TV, and the dining table has seating for four. A recently outfitted kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need while on holiday, including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and kettle.Two french doors lead out to the terrace with additional seating looking out to the tropical garden space. Upstairs are three comfortable fully air-conditioned bedrooms.

The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located downstairs next to the powder room. Should you choose to rent a car, you can make use of the two parking spaces allocated to Gunsite #28. Please note quiet hours between the hours of 9pm and 8am.
