Private, updated home, AC/FP, garage, yard, swim club, in town. IP089 by LRS

Enter this 4-bedroom house through the foyer next to the garage, and step through to the the back yard or bear left into a brand new kitchen. This home has been renovated extensively, so light and bright is the name of the game. A large kitchen island holds seating for 7, while the dining area is off the kitchen to the left seats the same. (Ice maker not hooked up per H.O.) Beyond the dining area is the living room, with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and AC, with the front door in between.
Off the left edge of the kitchen is a short hallway leading to 2 bedrooms and a 3/4 bath (with shower). One bedroom has a king bed and the other 2 sets of bunk beds. Off the right corner of the kitchen, find the stairs up to a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and another 3/4 bath. Each bedroom and the kitchen have AC as well.

Enjoy your membership in The Nordic Inn Club. Indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, co-ed dry sauna, and fitness room.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local water park), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is not available from this home.

It was an overall decent property. Dated in some spots but updated in others. Upstairs shower is tiny. A lot of light switches, some that didn't do anything and some lights that didn't come on. Was great having a garage as we had motorcycles. Linens were clean and that's the most important part.

A great place to stay to explore the White Mountains - the house was very clean and comfortable - the beds were great and the showers good. There is plenty of space and it’s in a good location to walk to local restaurants and the town’s supermarket for supplies.

Family reunion

This was a great find. There were 6 adults and 2 children(3 and 5) in our group. There was plenty of room in the home and a small backyard for the kids to run around.The location of this property is perfect. Clark's Trading post was a 4 minute drive and The Lost River 10 miles away.One could easily walk to restaurants and stores.I would recommend this listing.

Yearly New Hampshire Ski Trip

Property was clean and as described. Plenty of room for a big group. Loved how close to town and skiing we were. We even walked to get pizza with the kids one day! Loved having access to the club, great amenity!

Ladies weekend

Very clean!!! Nice light decor, bright kitchen and living room. Lots of AC's which was great! Some thought beds were comfy, some didn't... guess it depends on your taste. Great location. Accurate description. Has a Keurig. Big TV in living room. All said we would rent again. Cleanliness was best part!

Great location

Stayed here with 3 adults, 3 children. Place was roomy and clean! Had everything we needed. Location is great. We walked to local restaurants and grocery store only 0.5 miles away. Hiking places all over! The only hiccup was the pool - had a rainy day with the kids, we could not access the indoor pool. The problem was fixed, but never got to go… Maybe my next time! Highly recommend!

Perfect White Mountain Location

We were in the area for Laconia Bike Week and wanted to stay in Lincoln. This was the perfect spot. Right in town but also in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. It was extra nice being able to park the motorcycles in the garage at night. Our group was five adults and there was more than enough space. Would definitely stay here again. One thing - if you like to cook, be sure to bring your own spices, condiments, EVOO, etc. because the kitchen had salt & pepper only.

Very clean

This house was very cute. They did a nice job updating an older house. It was very very clean, spacious, and minimalistic. The mud room was very helpful in the winter with all the hooks to hang up the winter gear. The bunk room was great for all the kiddos they had a blast having a big sleepover. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back in the future!

Very nice house & great location

We were in Lincoln for the Highland Games and this was a great stay! Our family included a grandmother who needed handicapped accessibility, and this home worked very well. Very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again next time we visit the area.

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation! The house was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be beat. Short walk to the town restaurants and shops and was only a few minutes drive to both Whales Tale and Clark’s Trading Post (we visited both and had a blast). We also took day trips to both storyland and Santa’s Village from here. Great location to explore all the parks and swimming holes with our kids ranging from 3-11 years old. We will definitely book again and recommend to others!

Lovely Loon!

Such a great property and perfect location for our group! The amenities were wonderful, and it was super convenient to be able to walk to the pool/game room at the Nordic Inn, and to be walking distance to restaurants, movie theater, etc. We plan to come back next year!

Family ski trip

Great location and set up for our ski trip with another family. Plenty of space for us to relax after a day out and comfortable beds to rest up before heading out again. The large mud room was perfect for all our ski gear.
