As advertised - the property is new, so it was nice and clean. The owners were very responsive to my inquiries. The location is great if you are interested in outdoor activities in the White Mountains.

The place was pristine! As a family of four we were very comfortable and enjoyed reading, watching movies and playing games by the fire after skiing. The kitchen was well outfitted. The beds were comfy. The shuttle to and from the mountain was very convenient. Overall, lovely place.

As described, new, fully stocked with everything we needed from cook ware to board games to Smart TVs, ideal location if skiing at Loon, close to everything, fit 6 of us comfortably. Would definitely come back. Great hosts, too, quick to respond and very informative. Nothing short of wonderful!

Wonderful, clean, spacious new condo. Owners were very responsive and electronic lock w passcode was very convenient and easy to use. Spacious living room couch and dining area were great for our group of six. Beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets for keeping cozy. Only suggestion is to include a few more of the basic seasonings for cooking - there was oil, salt, a few others, but no pepper. We would stay there again!

Very clean place! Modern, recently built. Well equipped kitchen, easy to stay in and cook if that's your preference. It's on the second floor. Nice private deck; it doesn't face the mountains. You have a great view of the mountains from the front door. Short distance to everything in town, however not exactly walkable. Has a quiet neighborhood feel and you can't hear the main road. Kinda European in that the beds had no top sheets. The smart thermostat wouldn't let me set the temperature for the night. It resets at 11:30pm. That was frustrating in that we wanted it to stay cool through the night.

I'm sorry you could not adjust the Ecobee thermostat to yr liking - one of the options is to set it to away with the desired temperature... We'll make sure to add this to the arrival instructions. And thanks for the top sheet tip - we do have duvet covers for simplicity but in the summer, it does make sense to have a spare top sheet! Best, Rositza and Kiril
