The Parrot Head Tiki s a beautiful 3 bedroom house with fenced in backyard, built in stone fire pit with Adirondack seating, outdoor bar, patio seating, lounging area and outdoor shower for washing off beach sand. 2 car parking in Driveway. This comfortable home is situated in such a great location, 2 miles from the Bridge to Hutchinson Island and 2 miles from the famous Historic Downtown Stuart. Only 5 minutes away from some of the most stunning beaches of Floridas Treasure Coast, including the many beaches of Hutchinson Island.



Historic Downtown Stuart offers boutique shopping, waterfront restaurants, galleries, the Stuart Heritage Museum, and walks on the scenic Riverwalk boardwalk on the St. Lucie River. Live entertainment can be found in the 1920’s restored Lyric Theatre and on the Riverwalk waterfront stage. Many arts and crafts festivals and weekly outdoor markets are offered. A beautiful place for dining, shopping and sightseeing. Enjoy spectacular sunsets & waterfront scenery.



Parrot Head Tiki is managed by iTrip Treasure Coast.



This property is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. All high touch point surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival (including all light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.). A 24 hour turnaround time will also be implemented in-between guest stays to protect our guests.

We provide a Starter set with an initial supply of travel size shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine as well.

Our stay was less than ideal, and overall we were disappointed—especially given the price. The cleanliness of the home was not up to standard. The bathrooms in particular need attention; the main bathroom’s knobs were covered in black mold and residue. During our stay, I killed several silverfish. We have two young children who play on the floor, and when I picked them up, their hands and feet were visibly black from the floors.When I raised these cleanliness concerns with Karen, her response was simply that the home had been cleaned prior to our arrival. While that may be true, it was unclear how long before our stay the cleaning occurred, as the condition of the home suggested it had not been recently or thoroughly cleaned.Additionally, the water filter in the refrigerator did not work, nor did the water filtration system under the sink. When we asked about this, we were told that “starter water” had been provided (four mini water bottles) and that we needed to supply our own drinking water. For a rental at this price point, it would be reasonable to expect a functional water filter or a simple solution such as a Brita.The bathtub drain plug also did not work, which made bathing our children very difficult.All in all, we would not recommend this property given the cost and the issues we experienced.

We are sorry you didnt enjoy your stay. We also dispute all of your claims given that we inspected the property just prior to your arrival and did not see any of the issues you raise. We asked you several times to produce pictures or anything to prove your claims, but you refused to do so. We offered to send a pest control person out, but you refused. We dont just give money back because you complain. you provided no evidence and refused our attempts to respond. This review is a retaliation because we didnt respond by giving money back.

The home was spotless. The open floor concept provided excellent room to relax. The beds were very comfortable and really nice linens too. We were minutes away from great shopping and restaurants. We would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Really nice, comfortable house

We loved our stay. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and has a beautiful backyard. It’s large and slept our family of 4 comfortably, with one extra twin bed not used. It’s a very close to everything, many beaches, downtown and restaurants. We really loved it.

Great house in Stuart, Florida!

Parrot Head Tiki is a great house in a great location in Stuart! Upon arrival, we noted that it was probably the cleanest rental we've ever had - and we've rented a lot of places. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house is very comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and the fenced backyard with fire pit is large and fun. We had a minor issue with an appliance, and the owners were on it immediately. I would definitely recommend!

Parrot Head Tiki Stay

We were more than happy with our stay at the Parrot Head Tiki. The location is perfect. A very nice, quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect, very spacious and comfortable. We had several friends who visited and stayed over at separate times, and they were all equally impressed with the accommodations as well. The yard, especially the back yard is lovely. It is fenced in and nice and wide open, a special place to spend time after a day out. The location is also perfect. Close to whatever you might need, and just minutes away from the ocean beaches where we spent a good deal of time. All in all, the Parrot Head Tiki is a truly special place, and certainly a location to return to again. Jim & Sue

Clean, spacious, good location

House was as advertised; rooms were large and had good closet/storage space. We didn't cook but kitchen had the basics if we had wanted to. Backyard was nice, and the firepit would have been great in chilly weather :)

Tiki House in Stuart Florida

The Tiki House was just as described! Very clean, spacious, well maintained and in a lovely neighborhood. It was in a great location and proximity to beaches and restaurant's. Travis resolved a problem immediately and was very responsive to communication before our trip. The yard is spacious and well groomed with great seating and beautiful Palm trees. We had wished the TV provided local stations but that was the only negative. Loved the location and the sweet next door neighbor!

Great place!

We are in Stuart for a boat repair and needed a place. This house looked to good to be true but it is as pictured! Very nice, with a great master on one side of the house and 2 other beds on the other side! Great back yard and close to beach and downtown restaurants! highly recommend! Great price too!

Great time in Stuart

We had a wonderful stay at this property over our Thanksgiving holiday. Great location easy access to downtown Stewart and the beaches. The house was nicely appointed in the backyard very relaxing. I don’t know.

Great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and easily accessible to many destinations in and around Martin County. The beach, shopping and first class dining are all within minutes. The personal items supplied by the hosts are very nice and appreciated. The hosts made early contact and were responsive though not needed. Highly recommended.

Beautiful stay!

The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family for a long weekend stay. Great location and close to beaches. Owners were great to work with and easy to communicate with. Everything was so clean and perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Two weeks in Stuart

This place is a winner. We liked it from the moment we walked in. Wonderful house in a wonderful location. Convenient and quite. Back yard is private and loaded with trees and plants. The inside is functional and nice. The owners are great. We already booked for next year.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved our time here. I have 2 kids under 5 and it was perfect to have lots of space both inside and outside for them to play. It made a world of difference being away from home. We also loved the proximity to the beaches, Oceanographic Center, and my kids love going to the Kiwanis Park downtown and taking the trolley to ice cream. All those things are 10 or fewer minutes from the house. Carmela’s Pizza is just a short walk as well. We previously stayed on Hutchinson Island in a condo but this was so much better for our family!

Very clean home, very comfortable beds, slept great. Great backyard and great attention to details. Close proximity to Jensen Beach. Would stay again if I’m the area.
