Home was equipped with everything our family needed including a highchair and pack & play for the baby. The home is spacious and comfortable, our children enjoyed being on the water way and did some fishing. The weather turned cold during our stay so we were bummed we didn’t get to use the pool much. Close to town and all the stores and restaurants and also walking distance to a golf course that our children enjoyed. We all had a wonderful stay at this property!

We had to go to Florida for a family funeral! Plenty of space and a lot of amenities ! We all had a great time!

Me and my family really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house in a high end community. House was clean, big, kitchen full of all equipment. AC worked perfectly. Nice clean pool. We enjoy evenings with kids fishing right in the backyard with beautiful views and sunset. Thank you from my family for the beautiful vacation.

Tropical Paradise, a beautiful home

A short stay but very enjoyable. A beautiful home in a lovely setting, very peaceful and quiet. A lovely area to explore the local roads and near by Preserves.

Very Happy!

We were very happy with our stay and would stay there again. Only downside for us was the inability to use the dock (not the lift) but still enjoyable. It's a very family-oriented house to stay at. The location was fantastic.

Holiday visit to Elderly mother

This was the PERFECT home for our family, who came down to celebrate the holidays (possibly last) with my mom/their grandmother. Big usable and well appointed kitchen , comfortable lounge areas, enough space to have “personal space “ & the pool was the icing on the cake. Beautiful views from our deck. Just what the doctor ordered

Completed our trip!

We rented this property to be with our extended family and although they were unable to join us, we had an amazing time. It was so quiet and peaceful. We caught numerous fish off the dock. My 2 year old loved the pool and the whole place was just wonderful. We cannot wait to go back

Absolutely loved our stay!

We loved our stay! The house is comfortably furnished, and every need has been thought of. We loved the pool, and being right on the water with the sunset was beautiful. Everything is well-maintained, and we felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked. Linens were plentiful. The perfect house for a relaxing vacation, we look forward to returning!

Beautiful property, comfortable place!

Mary was a wonderful host! I grew up in this house in the 90's with my grandparents, and was so thrilled to find it listed here. I booked it for my family to visit my grandparents. It was just as we remembered but better! Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable. The pool was great and we enjoyed fishing. There was plenty of space for us to hang out, relax, and have a family dinner. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Find

We were pleasantly surprised to find that our home for 9 people was perfect. Lots of rooms to spread out, adequate pool, beautiful views, could hop on a pick up boat and tule around, plus get to the ocean, close to Stewart - especially by boat. Then our hostess was spot on when we needed help, and Mary Rose was very gracious. Highly recommend.

Spacious home in a lovely setting

Though it was just my husband and I, this house is perfect for two couples or a family group, as there is one bedroom + full bath and sitting area on the main floor and a master suite + 2 more bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped. The 2 screened porches, one up and one on the main floor, were a comfortable, breezy place for lounging. The pool is lovely. The setting was so peaceful. Very quiet and beautiful view out to the river and the sunset.

Repeat lodgers!

We stayed at this property last year and couldn’t wait to come back again this year! The bedrooms and pool area were an excellent fit for our three little ones, two parents, and two grandparents. We loved the sunset views over the water and cooking on the grill. Pack and play and high chair for our 9-month-old were in good condition. We left some new pool noodles behind because the existing ones were falling apart from use. We loved our stay!

Wedding Week

The property was rented for my family who came to Florida to participate in my wedding. I did not actually stay on site. My daughters, their husbands and my grandchildren stayed on site. I visited several times with my fiancé, now husband, and we thought the place was great. My adult kids were very pleased with the house, said it had everything they needed and they were especially grateful for the plentiful towel supply! The location couldn’t have been better!

Annual Adventure

We’ve been coming to this property for several years now, and always have a great time. It’s nice to know what to expect/what we don’t have to bring, and the property is well suited for our family with grandparents and young kids. We noticed, especially this year, that there were a few things that could use updating (e.g., some very old beach towels, some cabinet items that have been in residence for three years or more, the pack and play could use a good cleaning), but none of these got in the way of our trip being enjoyable. Mary was very prompt and clear in communication, the property is in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the river inlets, and the pool is just the right size for our young kids. All in all - another excellent year.

Great home, great location--highly recommend!

Travelled over the Thanksgiving holiday with my family of five. Our three children loved the pool, of course, and also the many beaches--so nice that there were plenty of beach towels, chairs (if desired) and even a cooler bag. The open common area was great--there was plenty of room for everyone to gather around kitchen/dining/living room, plus the family room with TV right off the main area allowed for following the game. Grandparents arrived for a few days and enjoyed having a separate "suite" on the main level but a bit away from early-rising children. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner with with my aunt and uncle (who live nearby)--the kitchen was remarkably well-equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, serving items, etc. We enjoyed many evenings watching the sunset, early morning runs/bike ride along the quiet streets. Rented SUPs and brought back to the house to paddle along the canals--we borrowed my uncle's truck but Flying Fish has inflatable SUPs so anyone could do this. We've rented many houses on Home Away and the layout of this one has been one of the best and the neighborhood was in a great location--quiet area yet an easy drive to anything you'd need. Highly recommend! Thank you, Mary Rose!

Christmas visit to family in Port St. Lucie

This property is very clean and accommodating. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to cook and serve a large group. Mary Rose was very prompt with answering our questions. The canal view from the back is gorgeous! We had a blast playing games with seating for 8 at the dining room table. Great for a large family.

Vacation of a lifetime!

It has always been my dream to rent a vacation home large enough to hold my family, with room to entertain family who live in Port Saint Lucie. This dream came true right after my recent retirement. Loved the Pool and the View

Very nice place, with plenty of room for everyone. Pool was especially nice, my family really enjoyed it! North River Shores is a pleasant location that's away from everything (why I liked it). Highly recommend! Thanks to Mary Rose for offering this wonderful vacation spot!
