Enjoy soaking up the beach lifestyle at the Coker Cabana! Nestled in the quiet Carolina Dunes neighborhood, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house offers plenty of space for your family. The large living area provides a great place to wind down, complete with a flat screen Smart TV. A fully stocked kitchen gives you the option of cooking in rather than eating out every night (there are several large grocery stores in the vicinity). All four bedrooms are carpeted, vinyl in the main living areas. One of the two bathrooms is accessed from the main area as well as one of the bedrooms. The other bathroom is shared by two other bedrooms. The covered porch offers a dining table for eating out in the fresh open air. At the end of the day, relax on the deck with your friends and some cold ones and watch the sun go down. The rooftop deck provides wonderful views of the sunset.

The whole family will enjoy the convenient access to both the oceanfront and the Currituck Sound. The beach access is less than 400 yards from the house, with a Lifeguard stand at beach access (in season). Also within walking distance is the sound access located at the end of Canvasback Drive. The sound access features benches for relaxation and a pier for fishing or crabbing. You can also use this spot to launch your kayak or stand up paddle board. If you need a break from the beach, shopping and restaurants are located within a few miles! Bring your bicycles or running shoes and take advantage of the cycling/jogging path located safely off the road.

Check in was smooth and fast… house was close to the beach and suited our needs. Only problem was their was no hair dryers or toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. So we had to buy them.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our week vacation in the Coker Cabana. Quiet neighborhood easy walk to the beach. 4 bedroom 2 bath home was spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are a bit outdated and small. Huge deck areas along with roof top sun deck. The trees on the property need trimmed so sunsets could be viewed. Nice large parking area with outdoor shower and laundry room. A/C worked great - TV’s in every bedroom. Overall a very nice home! A few updates/upgrades would make it 5 stars. Property management company was excellent!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not have a great rental experience, but it mainly seemed related to the rental management company. We checked in Saturday to Saturday and found bins of the previous renters’ dirty linens stacked up outside the main entrance. After calling multiple times when cockroaches started to appear by the bins, they finally picked them up Thursday which was disgusting and detracted from the vacation. The house itself looked like the pictures (one floor with a main open concept kitchen/living room & 4 bedrooms in the corners. They had smart TVs but the wifi was very slow and got disrupted a bunch. The house was at the top of the street close to the Bay side so it was a short hike over to the beach- they had a good sturdy beach cart included that helped a lot! We had a good stay overall in the house location but it had bare bones supplies, spiderwebs all over decks and windows, and the dirty laundry there most of the week.
