Beautifully decorated, well-appointed house with a nice open-concept common area.Only complaint is the thermostat is controlled upstairs and we were very cold in our unit, so bring a sweater!

Perfect location

Perfect location to stay when exploring Bryce Canyon. Our family appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable beds. It’s well located, near the local grocery store and only 30 minutes away from the NP entrance. Much cozier and bigger than staying at a closer motel.

We came for the Panguitch Quilt Walk Festival and as always, had a wonderful time. It was so nice to sew together each evening in this beautiful in a peaceful, scenic location. We have already booked the same place for next year!

Awesome Place!

Great place close to Red Canyon and Bryce Canyon. Super clean, updated place with plenty of room for a family of 4. Host were very welcoming and accommodating. Horses and views were a bonus.

Very clean, excellent amenities, friendly hosts

We were very pleased with our stay, and would stay again if we were ever in this area. It’s a scenic 30 min drive to Bryce Canyon NP. Great hosts, nice amenities (laundry, keurig coffee, pack and play crib for the baby), and everything very clean. Happy to recommend this place.

Very clean, quiet & charming place

We enjoyed our stay at this recently built ranch on the lower level very much. It is within 30 minutes drive to Bryce Canyon and quite close to Red Canyon (Dixie National Forest). Restaurants and grocery store in Panguitch are a few minutes down the road.

Great hiking vacation

Very large space , that could fit many people comfortably. Very new and up to date . We enjoy relaxing after a beautiful day hiking in Bryce Canyon national park. This space is highly recommend.

Amazing House

This house was the perfect place for our family while we visited Bryce Canyon. The owners were super helpful and responsive. The house itself looked exactly like the photos in the listing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Charming and peaceful

The residence was beautifully decorated, clean, large, and cozy. The owners were very accommodating. Close to nearby town center. Amenities were great, especially all of the TV apps. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely VRBO, peaceful, quiet

We stayed two nights and it was great! We didn't cook in the unit, opting instead to try the local fare. We found a restaurant that I'm dying to go to again soon! It's called Backroads Bistro. It's incredible.

Loved the morning view of horses and the mountain tops! Unexpected keurig coffee and fixings, shampoo, conditioner and body wash was very nice to have! Very clean and comfortable!

Beautiful place with nice view

Place was exactly as described. Incredibly neat and clean. Excellent instructions for arrival and departure. Great contact with owner. Only 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon. Hope we can come back and stay again!

One of the best!

This rental is one of the best places we stayed at, and we usually rent 5-6 properties per year. It’s new, clean, has everything you need, communication with owners was very good with clear instructions. The view is breathtaking. If you are staying in Panguitch you want to rent this place!

Absolutely amazing!

This house is literally perfect, especially anyone coming for bryce natural park. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen, everything is new. My favorite part of all was the owners puppy Swaizee! A pure lovebug that I will miss!! Can't wait to come back!!!

We had a wonderful time staying in your property. It had plenty of space for our family and then some! Super clean, modern, new and so much attention to detail. Loved the view from your house and my son loved watching the horses. We hope to be back some day. Thank you!!

Excellent Experience!

Everything went smoothly from booking through checkout. Tony and Sonni sent excellent instructions via texts and emails and also had all the information available inside the apartment. They responded quickly to the few requests we had. The apartment is very nicely decorated, quiet and comfortable. We would love to stay there again.

Bryce Canyon

We very much enjoyed our stay in Panguitch, about a 20 minute drive from Bryce Canyon. The home was well-equipped and very comfortable for our travels in Utah. Very relaxing environment, the owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. I would recommend for anyone looking for something outside of Bryce City but still close enough to see the sunrise and sunsets in the Canyon.

Great proximity to Bryce/Red Canyon

Wonderfully equipped, beautifully and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and lots of floor space for a family. The setting is quiet and within a half hours drive to Bryce and even shorter drive to hiking in beautiful Red Canyon. The picture online is owners part of the house with the renter’s unit being on the lower level as an in-law type suite with separate entrance and patio etc around the back of the pictured home. I would definitely rent this one again if in the area as it has all the comforts of home.

Perfect place to stay to explore Bryce

We stayed here to explore Bryce for a few days. If you don't want to stay in the Park or right outside of it, this is the perfect place. It's very clean and comfortable. And loved the decor!! The only issue we had was a shortage of pots and pans. We like to cook some of our own meals so that we are not eating out every meal. But we made it work. We would definitely return to this place if we were ever in the area again!!
