Most importantly you are a short drive from the Block Island Ferry, the perfect destination for a day trip!

Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. Close by, the Block Island Ferry brings travelers to both Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!

The Sand Hill Cove area (Roger Wheeler Beach) is ideal for families. This popular beach has a full pavilion, a playground, restrooms, and several lunch options. A calm and shallow swimming area has been created by a series of breakwaters – a comfortable option for the young waders and swimmers.

The long beach days are not complete until you pick the evening's lobsters right from the fishing boats in Galilee (just a five-minute drive), gather the farm-fresh corn and heirloom tomatoes at Sunset Farm and stop by Aunt Carrie's for an ice cream cone after a hot summer day. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still just minutes to restaurants, shopping, water sports and nightlife. Newport is 1/2 hour by car, Block Island is 1/2 hour by boat; Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun are 45 minutes away, Providence too.

Extraordinary 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, equipped with central A/C and fresh Furnishings & Design! The open living room and kitchen space becomes the perfect place to wind down after a long day enjoy the sunshine at the nearby Roger Wheeler Beach. For those outdoor lovers, the patio and outdoor seating are is the perfect place to relax on those warm summer nights! Not to mention the cozy fire pit to sit around while you watch the sunset and roast up some marshmallows!

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
