Amazing home, very impressed for the price and location. Directly across the street from the beach, maybe 2-3 minute walk. Stayed with younger adults, 18, 20, 21, 21, 42 and 52. All were happy, house designed to have privacy or chill out time when needed. Would def book again next year. If you want a beach vacation this is your place.

The host, Doniell, was excellent to work with! Doniell was very responsive, pleasant, and provided all needed information quickly and accurately. The house was as described, clean, new, and within walking distance to the beach. Very comfortable and roomy for 6 adults, well equipped kitchen and multiple decks with views of the beach. Thank you for hosting my family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home.

We were attending a wedding for the weekend, so the property provided us plenty of space to be together as a family, yet still offered privacy for everyone. The home was conveniently located to downtown Narragansett with the beach right across the street. Overall our stay was perfect.

We had a great mini vacation. The house is beautiful and clean with lots of space. Gorgeous view of the ocean and so close by the beach. We loved going up to the 3rd floor decks as well. So much to do in the area and fabulous restaurants. We would definitely like to spend another vacation there at the house.

Excellent time at the beach

Perfectly situated close and walkable to the beach with kids. Enjoyed the stay and the communication from the owner was timely and helpful! Can't wait to return!

Great stay, soo close to beach. Multiple floors allowed us to spend time as an extended family but still allow some breathing space

Great URI graduation weekend!

We stayed here for a long weekend for our daughter’s graduation from URI. It was a perfect stay! The house was exactly as described in a beautiful location. Very responsive hosts! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Close to the beach with ocean views. Not too far from downtown Newport either. Hosts were very responsive and left very detailed instructions about everything. Great house and property! Would definitely recommend
