3 Bedroom home on water lot in Spruce Creek Fly Inn 22x35 heated pool home in gated community, with a king bed and two queens. Offers eat in kitchen with views of beautiful backyard as well as separate dining area which acts as a great space for family dinners and those special occassions. Quiet neighbourhood, sufficient space for outdoor games and relaxation.

Great fly inn community with 24 hr gated security. Inground pool 22x35 with huge screened in Lanai for family activities. Great area to spend all day in the heated pool or just relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the sounds and views.

The property was more than we expected. The house had everything that we needed, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, floaties for the pool, and an abundance of sundry items (toilet paper, soaps, garbage bags etc.). The neighborhood was very quiet and nicely maintained. The house was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for us.The owner was very responsive. A very big thumbs up.

Absolutely perfect

The place was absolutely immaculate ! The owner was more than helpful with our stay as we got there , and as we left , checked in multiple times just to make sure we were enjoying the place. I would recommend this place 10 times over!

A home away from home

The quiet secure neighborhood was conveniently located to our favorite restaurants and shopping. The owner has made every effort to provide an organized and fully equipped house. The pool and patio couldn’t have been better. Definitely plan to return!

Wonderful home away from home

We rented the house for Thanksgiving to be with our daughter who is in school at Embry Riddle. We loved everything about our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved spending time in the lanai around the pool. The outdoor space was one of our favorite things... grill, fire pit and comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable too. We will definitely be back.

Perfect house in a great location

First off, the house is nicer than advertised. The community was amazing and super quiet. The golf course and the restaurant beside the runway was amazing. The screened in patio was fabulous to have. We spent many hours playing cards and sitting at the gas fire table. The owner was the easiest I have ever dealt with. It isn't near the beach, but it is an easy 10-15 minute commute, to get there. This is a quiet gated community that is perfect for relaxation, for a couple or a family. Wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars

Spruce Creek rental

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice well kept house.very peaceful. A couple issues. Could not get tv channels. No support. Was told to go to a bar to watch Super Bowl. I Needed to find an antenna to watch the Super Bowl. Also there was open condiments in refrigerator and cupboard. Would have thought cleaning would have took care of that. Thank you

Thank you for your review. All tv channels are streamed channels and sometimes confusing to maneuver. But we feel there are many channels to pick from including movies. It’s hard to have reg channels for so many different guests. We apologize for condiments in the fridge we usually keep essential's for quests so there is no waste like ketchup, mustard mayo. We will inform our cleaner that this is not preferred Thank you for staying as you left the house in absolute great condition. Greatly appreciated

Great Home in Gated Community

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Ken’s home in Spruce Creek. Ken was quick to communicate with us and gaining access to the home within the gated community was easy. Everything was found in great condition. Honestly, the pictures online do not do the home justice. It is beautiful! The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook a full meal. The home included a very large TV to watch the big game or a movie. The WiFi was excellent. The Florida room was expansive, and included extremely comfortable furniture. As aviation enthusiasts, we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the planes fly overhead. (Not to worry, the planes are not loud or bothersome. It is truly a lovely, quiet community.) We would highly recommend staying here and plan to be back again in the future.

The place was great. BUT IT WAS SAID TO BE FAMILY FRIENDLY FOR ALL AGES but NOPE

The house is completely white. White carpets, walls, counters, everything is white. We were worried at first but we bought protection and it said family friendly and all the houses we’ve rented before were always great about the kids being there and some messes being left. That being said we did all the things that were asked of us upon departing. There was a few things we didn’t clean the tv , the floors, and furniture. All furniture is leather. So we go home and then get charged 3k for cleaning and damages. The damages that were sent were stains in the carpet some that were already there and some not , the furniture chairs had white fingerprints smears from my 2&3 year old the tv also had their handprints on it and we were charged for it and told it was ruined along with the leather furniture chairs with the wipe away smears. There was a coffee spilt the second day and some got on the front bottom of dishwasher and I didn’t see it so it was there we were sent this apart of the cleaning damages and then also told we stole a glass shelf from the fridge ?! Like who and why ?! We are being told everything needs replaced because of scratches and stains and guest can’t have those during their stay there. We have been trying to dispute but landlord doesn’t talk to us now and of course if being extremely unreasonable. We’ve apologized and everything but of course doesn’t matter. So just fair warning this place is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. I only recommend if you are in your 50s and don’t plan to ever to have shoes on in the house even though he has an extremely vague rules and cleaning rules. Plan to be charged if the cleaning crew has to do any work !

Second stay.

This was our second time staying at Ken’s home in Spruce Creek. I can say without hesitation that we will be back again. Just as before, Ken was quick to communicate with us. Entry into the gated community is easy. Simply present your ID, and they provide you with an entry pass to place in your car. The home was in pristine condition. While we did not do much cooking this time, the kitchen is stocked with all the cooking tools that one would need. Since it was week one of college football, we were thankful for the very large TV in the living room. The WiFi is stable and speedy. If you enjoy sitting outside, you will love the Florida room and its comfy furniture. There is a shopping center and several restaurants close by, which make this property extremely convenient. We highly recommend staying at Ken’s home!

After few visits to friends we fell in love with Spruce Creek Fly Inn. Loved the sense of community that it offered. We felt very safe as it offers 24/7 manned security. Loved that there were so many amentities a few minutes away yet found our home to offer a great place to relax and just unwind.
