Perfect location

Lovely little cottage. Perfect location. Minutes to the beach on foot. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Beautiful location, just steps away from beautiful parlee beach, short walk for kids, big front deck - loved it

Once we convinced the the dilapidated gate to the deck to open, we spent 10 minutes trying to open the key encoded door. The fridge was clean but the produce drawers are difficult open and close a the door is missing a shelf guard, making the space unusable. The plates were very unappealing and looking like mild on them, it apparently that was the design.

Close to the beach!

Excellent location for Parlee Beach access. We were there for one week at the end of June 2022. We were 4 in our group. The cottage was as expected from the VRBO website. However, upon arrival we had to clean the floors as there was a lot of dirt on them. The place was full of dust all around. We brought our own sheets and pillows and found the mattresses stained. The water from the faucet can not be consumed. We brushed our teeth from store bought water bottles the whole week. We should have been made aware of this and water bottles provided by the owner. The BBQ was a mess. We had to put it back from the laneway on the deck ourselves first and then do a major cleaning before using it. No welcoming package was available. No instructions were provided at our arrival. As an example, we had to canvass the neighbours to get the scheduled garbage day. Overall, the place needs attention.
