Home was perfect for our quick trip to Disney. Everyone has their own space and we could relax in the morning by the pool before heading out for the day. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe.

The condo was super clean and comfortable. We only stayed two nights, but the kids enjoyed the game room.

Frustrating communication - they view VRBO as a third party app and no communication goes through there. Apparently a property mgmt company w different protocols.Photos are clever - in reality pretty cheap furnishings, etc., minimal provisions and a “game room” too small to use. Almost laughably so.Would not stay again.

Great place, minorly wonky electronics

Check in was easy enough, the property was very clean and accommodating. Every member of the party noticed that the overhead lights would turn on randomly (we joked that it was ghosts and went on about our days) and the WiFi stopped working sometime on the second day of the trip. Again, not a big deal as we were out of the house most of the days, but minorly annoying.

Hidden Gem!

What a cool place to stay! A courtyard style pool makes it feel like you have a private oasis to relax and cool off in after a hot day in the theme parks. I would highly recommend this place based on the space it offers the cleanliness and all the little extra amenities!

Disney mini-trip

Townhouse was an excellent location from Disney (only 25 mins with traffic). Rooms were clean and hosts were very responsive when our flight was delayed by a couple hours on the day of check-out.

BYO AC & TP/cold pool/Not impressed with Jeeves

The weather was nice when we were in FL however coming from freezing temps in the Midwest, 72 inside is very warm & stuffy. Above the thermostat, there was a card stating that if the temp was turned below 72, the HVAC would "freeze". It also stated if maintenance was needed, we "may" be responsible for whatever cost this may incur.There was also info on the card stating the HVAC works best with the doors & windows closed. I feel like this relates more to summer. It was often much cooler/nicer outside than it was in the house. We were provided 3 rolls of one-ply toilet paper for a week stay with 7 people so BYO TP.The community pool in the back of the VRBO was not heated & was dirty (leaves/trash). In the VRBO email sent, it stated the availability of "pool heat (if requested)". The first day on the trip, I called the phone number provided in this email & requested pool heat. I was told that we would be responsible for the cost of the heat. The representative said the "base cost" was 50. I approved & they said it would be turned on. The next day, they called back & told us that they "don't control the heat for this pool". We were not charged but my kids were disappointed as they love swimming and the water was too cold to swim in.When sending a question via VRBO inbox, Jeeves answers & asks if you want to send your message to the owner. I wouldn't have reached out otherwise so I felt this was an unnecessary question.

Birthday celebration

For my husband's 60th birthday, her wanted to go to Epcot, Mahic Kingdom and Universal. There location was wonderful. Close to Disney. I love staying in a home rather than a hotel. You have a living room to relax and hang with family. A dining room to enjoy a meal and a full kitchen so you don't have too go out to eat every time. There bedrooms and bathed we're clean and so nice. The beds we're soft yet turn and so much nicer than anything at a hotel. It was to chilly to go swimmy, but there pool right out there back door liked inviting. I would stay here again!

Nice weekend stay

Microwave start button didn’t work so called maintenance and they came but didn’t fix it. Just replugged it in. Other than that, the accommodation's fit our needs perfectly.

Excellent Home with Jeeves

Truly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and my children loved the bunk beds, game room and easy access to the pool. We had some minor challenges with the TV's and microwave which were thankfully addressed by Jemma (she was awesome!), but overall our experience was truly 5-stars. Only suggestion would be to have mirrors in the rooms. Thank you Jeeves and VRBO for an excellent stay! We miss it already and will absolutely recommend this home! :)

Nice Place Close to Disney

I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 due to a few minor issues. We were there for an entire week and no extra toilet paper or paper towels were provided. I do not expect for an unlimited supply, but at least one extra is not too much due to the length of stay. The other issue was it was extremely hot when we arrived. We called for AC support because we thought it was not working and they did come quickly. Seemed like they just didn't turn it down soon enough upon arrival and it took into the next day to cool down. Otherwise, the house was extremely nice. Our kids loved the themed bedroom. It was hot while we were there so not much use for the game room in the garage, but it is a nice touch. We went to visit Disney and it was about a 10 minute drive. It was very convenient to other things as well, like TopGolf. Other than the few minor things a great place to stay

Excellent location - great for families

Loved this property - the location was excellent for getting to and from the parks! It took us between 12-20 minutes depending on traffic/time of day, etc. My kids loved the game room and bunk room. Plus, having a larger pool right out back was super convenient.

Fun Getaway

We stayed here for a quick Disney trip for my daughter's Sweet 16. She brought three of her friends and we chose the property because all four girls could stay in the same room. Her 12 yo brother had his own room, so it worked out perfectly for us. The property was safe and clean. The only hiccup was with their robust check-in process, which required me to send my ID via email because their external verification system did not work. Everything else was great!
