Location is perfect if you’re visiting parks and ESPN. It was clean and the hosts were amazing and very responsive. No issues at all. We will definitely book with them again for future trips.

The location was excellent, the home was well equipped, and the communal pool was a great scene. Our host was clear with check in and check out communications. We didn’t need much of anything because they had it all sorted out prior to our arrival!

We loved this house! It looks just like the pictures. The owner was very easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions for easy check in and check out. The house is equipped with all the kitchen items we needed to make meals. The Mickey waffle maker was fun! The outdoor pool was great for a quick dip and just the right size for our toddler and parents. Windsor hills is located close to many restaurants and the Disney and Universal parks. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful location and great private pool. Space was very welcoming and modern. Kids had a blast. 10 minutes from Disney world. We were there for five days but did not have time to explore the clubhouse or splash pad—they appeared to be very nice as well. The host was attentive and responsive. The Disney decor inside was a great touch.

The property was wonderful! Great location, quiet neighborhood with great amenities. Close to the Disney parks, restaurants and shopping. The house worked amazing for our visit. Would recommend this property and stay here again if ever back in the area!

We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the community pool and entrance. The host was EXCEPTIONALLY accommodating of our travel schedule, working with us for early check-in and late check-out options. Very quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! Every detail from welcome snacks and drinks to night lites in every room made our stay even more enjoyable. Our kids were happy to have their own rooms and bathrooms and we loved that the pool and clubhouse were so close. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great place to stay!

We had a lovely time, and this place was a very good place to stay! It was clean and perfect for our family of five! Our kids loved the pool at the house as well as the water park slides and pool! We would love to come back one day!

Our company owns and manages properties within the Windsor Hills Resort and we love the area. We take pride in our properties and want to allow guests to have a fun, safe and relaxing vacation. We started managing vacation rentals in 2008 and expanded to the Kissimmee area in 2013. We enjoy making memories with friends and family, so we hope you will enjoy our home and make memories of your own.

This townhome is perfect for friends and families. There are three bedroom and three bathrooms, with a large family space on the lower level. One of the bedrooms is on the lower level for guest that need to be on the main floor. There's also a splash pool in the back yard for families that want to dip in and out of the pool before the going to the parks. This townhome is just a short walk to the clubhouse where guests can grab some dinner or play in the new water park.

This townhome is Newly updated!! We have installed 3 new Samsung LED TV's. All of which have Netflix and Amazon access and they are Airplay capable which means you can play videos from your devices. We have also updated the kitchen with a new table, added new bedding, installed blackout curtains to help guests get a good nights sleep, and added new decor to give the place a fresh clean look. We also have a responsive management company that can assist with guests needs efficiently and in a timely professional manner. We aim to make sure you have a pleasant enjoyable stay. As owners of the property we are always available. We love our new townhome and are confident you will too!
