Great place to stay!

We had a lovely time, and this place was a very good place to stay! It was clean and perfect for our family of five! Our kids loved the pool at the house as well as the water park slides and pool! We would love to come back one day!

Great House

Wonderful Stay!

This was the perfect location for our small family to relax and enjoy some quality time. We loved everything about it and enjoyed the community pool as well. Great location to all the favorites and very quiet.

Perfect Stay Near Disney

The house is located in a secure and safe resort, conveniently close to Disney World, Walmart, and a variety of restaurants. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a nice washer and dryer. The host is friendly and provided thoughtful reminders, with clear check-in/out instructions. I will definitely rebook when I visit Orlando again!

Disney Vacation

This is a great location near local shopping and Wal-Mart. We had everything we needed and the place was very tidy. This provides much more room for all age groups we had and we much prefer it to a hotel. The location is less than 15 minutes from any Disney park and we had a very easy time finding everything.

My family of three visited Universal Studios and chose to stay here and it was perfect for us. The home and resort were beautiful and the location was great! The check in process was so easy and the house had everything that we needed. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our company owns and manages properties within the Windsor Hills Resort and we love the area. We take pride in our properties and want to allow guests to have a fun, safe and relaxing vacation. We started managing vacation rentals in 2008 and expanded to the Kissimmee area in 2013. We enjoy making memories with friends and family, so we hope you will enjoy our home and make memories of your own.

This townhome is perfect for friends and families. There are three bedroom and three bathrooms, with a large family space on the lower level. One of the bedrooms is on the lower level for guest that need to be on the main floor. There's also a splash pool in the back yard for families that want to dip in and out of the pool before the going to the parks. This townhome is just a short walk to the clubhouse where guests can grab some dinner or play in the new water park.

This townhome is Newly updated!! We have installed 3 new Samsung LED TV's. All of which have Netflix and Amazon access and they are Airplay capable which means you can play videos from your devices. We have also updated the kitchen with a new table, added new bedding, installed blackout curtains to help guests get a good nights sleep, and added new decor to give the place a fresh clean look. We also have a responsive management company that can assist with guests needs efficiently and in a timely professional manner. We aim to make sure you have a pleasant enjoyable stay. As owners of the property we are always available. We love our new townhome and are confident you will too!
