The resort is a gated community, right on Table Rock Lake, pool, marina and main channel views. These walkout units at the Table Rock Lake resort have big patios that will lead you straight down to the lakeshore.

From the minute you walk in the doors and see the signed paintings by Yakov, you will feel lighter as you get a sense of his genuine warmth and sense of humor. These are happy environments to be in, full of color and lively stories of the travels of Yakov and his family. The main bedrooms are on each side of the main hallway and are very quiet and private. There are two queen bedrooms, each with a full bath attached in all the condos. The master bathrooms have whirlpool tubs and separate walk in showers, the other a standard full bath. (The 3 bedrooms also have an open loft bedroom with full bath attached. The 4 bedroom condos are made up of two neighboring 2 bedroom condos, either walkout or upper level.) Guests really appreciate our super soft linens and oh so comfortable beds. There is a washer and dryer to run the beach towels before you head back down on Table Rock Lake the next day.

The living areas, dining areas and kitchens all look over the lake with huge windows. You have an uninterrupted 180 degree view of treed shores and the lake! The dining rooms provide seating for 6/8, plus you can sit at the bars for snacks or breakfast. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything to make your meals easy whether you are warming something up or cooking a full course meal for 8. They have stainless appliances, tile floors and granite countertops. Cozy up in the living areas, pop some popcorn and enjoy laughing to a Yakov DVD. We also have lots of other DVD's for you to enjoy, as well as games for the family.

The best spot to start the day is the walkout patio. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, watch the Showboat Branson Belle go by, wave to your family out on the lake, take a nap on the hammock, take your fishing pole and walk down the hill to the lake. It's only 200 yards to where your boat is stored. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. Many guests enjoy bringing their dog (one dog, under 25lbs) to enjoy hikes around the shore together. There is a shelter and grill there as well. The condo's are a quick 10 min drive into Branson and all the shows, dining and attractions.

These condos are very spacious. There is lots of room to gather and lots of space for privacy so bring your sweetie, bring the kids or bring another couple and make some memories to last! It is a joy to read the letters from Ronald Reagan, study the whimsical original paintings and laugh at the pictures of Yakov with celebrity after celebrity.
