Only a 5-minute drive to Richmond Center and a 15-minute drive to Vancouver International Airport. Close to shopping stores, restaurants, and public transit. Right next to Rideau Park. Very relaxing spot to stay compared to the condos near Richmond center. The host got back to us quickly any time we messaged, and checking in and out was very straightforward, so no need to worry about that. The rooms were clean as in the pictures and had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Very happy and will consider it when we're back in the area!

This property is super clean. Hats-off to how well they maintain the place. John responds quickly to any inquiries. The property is close to a lot of restaurants, groceries and other conveniences. And is only a few minutes to downtown Vancouver by car. Parking is available on the property. Highly recommend this rental.

Great Stay in Richmond

Had a great stay here. John was very prompt to answer my questions and gave helpful instructions for the stay, the book about the area was a nice touch.The place was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed, I really appreciate the washer and dryer.Location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood and the nearby park gave us a great shortcut to a main bus route as we did not have a car.Overall, a great stay!

John was quick to communicate with any questions and concerns and very nice. the location worked out for us because we wanted to try more food in richmond than vancouver. also the shower has the highest pressure we have ever experienced. great for washing your hair.

Quite and Clean

The location of the Vrbo is in a very quiet location tucked away in a small subdivision in central Richmond. It's not much to look at from the outside but is clean and neat on the inside. The bed is comfortable, and the towels r big. Parking is available in the shared driveway, there is street parking as well. Would definitely stay again when visiting Richmond.

The location was just as it appeared in the photos. Private entrance and kept very clean. John was very quick to respond to any messages and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet stay

Spent the weekend here, very cozy. Privacy is definitely appreciated as long as guests keep it to themselves. It’s best to have your own ride as transportation might not be too convenient if going out or coming back late at night.

This venue exceeds my expectations for the price I paid. The place is clean and well furnished. It's neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hopping and dining areas are within 10 minutes drive.

Quiet little apartment

Quiet, clean little apartment with all the amenities. Close to a park, quick drive to the Wharf. The host was very responsive when I requested more towels. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay overall

Host responses very fast, property exact match the picture, overall stay is pleasant. The 1 star deducted from the super noise portable AC, and the bedroom door is not aligned well, you have to enforce to open and close.

This suite is completely private and has its own roof. You can enjoy the space of this newly renovated guest suite solely for your stay. You are not going to share it with any other guest and you have your own private entrance.

The bedroom has 1 queen-size bed with a branded mattress which will bring you a comfortable sleep. At night the sofa can be transformed into a bed. Making this space suitable for 2 to 3 people. The kitchen comes with a new gas range with oven, a new refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, and coffee machine. Smart tv with Netflix while relaxing in the cozy living space.

Full toilet & bathroom come with a bathtub. Separate washer and dryer to wash up your used clothes during your stay. You can also enjoy the big backyard if you want to breathe in the fresh air.
