Step inside to a bright, beachy living space. The cozy living area features a plush sofa and loveseat, a sea-themed accent chair, and a Smart TV with Roku —perfect for movie nights after a day of island adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, stylish cabinetry, and ample counter space. Whether you're whipping up snacks for the beach or a full family dinner, you'll have everything you need. Enjoy meals together in the inviting dining area, or step outside for alfresco dining poolside.

Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring its own TV and ceiling fan. The primary suite has a king bed and French door access leading outside, and a spa-like ensuite with a tiled walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom includes two full beds, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. The third bedroom offers a king bed and French doors leading outside.

This home is part of a duplex, but you'll have your own private entrance, driveway, and yard. The only thing you might share with the neighboring unit is a wall—everything else is completely separate for your comfort and privacy.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is six.

Location was great. Loved the pool and bar area Beautiful landscaping made it feel very private. Be sure to read what is provided at the house so you aren’t surprised by the starter kit items. It wasn’t an issue for us as I have run across this before and planned ahead. It was a great week!

Chiki Tiki West is a well maintained property and exceeded our expectations. Centrally located near Holmes Beach with easy access to both north and south shore activities. Pool was a hit with the (adult) kids. Recommend renting a golf cart during your stay as it is the most convenient way to navigate around the island. Highly recommend Chiki Tiki West and look forward to a return visit.

Easy 2 1/2 walk to the beach. House was great! Plenty of space. The backyard space/pool was the main reason we chose this house. We weren't disappointed. It was perfect. Only suggestionI would make would be to change the pool light at night. Red is seriously not inviting

To be honest the pictures doesn’t do this place justice. My family enjoyed the house, the pool and the location. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Absolutely loved AMI, this home was the perfect size layout and location for our family. Pool is a total paradise in itself. Able to walk to restaurants. Property management was so responsive. 10/10

Sweet little place !

The house was perfect size. Has everything you need. The pool was the best part. Perfect size.. landscaping was so nice and tropical feeling. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, it’s a nice property and decently equipped. Pool was great but the waterfall feature just dirtied up the pool. Location is good and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay this was our 2nd year n we just loved it very comfortable. Backyard is awesome n very close to beach ,house is well stocked the only thing that was a little negative is both bathrooms need a little TLC but not anything that bad at all .Overall we loved our 2 weeks .

What a relaxing vacation!

We stayed 7 nights from June 17-24. The property matched the pictures and even exceeded them! My teens and young adults loved the pool and we spent a lot of time just relaxing in our backyard paradise. The ocean was a block and a half a way which made for a quick walk. We went there a couple times a day. Overall, the island was wonderful and we will definitely return!

Absolute Gem!

My husband and I have stayed on Anna Maria Island for 4 years. This is the second time that we brought our daughter/husband and two grandchildren. We stayed in a very nice home last year as well, but found the Chiki Tiki on the VRBO website and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The property is very attractive and clean. The decor is very refreshing and makes you feel on vacation the moment you walk through the door. The pool area was absolutely beautiful! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners from the unit next door as this is a duplex property and they were very friendly. My grandsons absolutely loved the house especially the pool. I asked my adult children in comparison to the property we stayed in last year which they preferred and although the other property was absolutely wonderful as well the backyard won out with the Chiki Tiki. It was nice to have the beach/pool toys and the beach cart with chairs and umbrella as well. We would absolutely stay here again and hope we are able to do so in the future. Thank you to the owner's for a wonderful vacation and many cherished memories with our kids/grandkids.

Fantastic house, great location.

I’ve been visiting Ana Maria Island for roughly 30 years and this house is not disappoint. The pool is fantastic for the kids with the tiki bar sitting kitty corner. Inside was clean and felt like home after just a couple days.

Backyard beauty

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The tiki bar, pool, and landscaping in the backyard were great! With red tide being bad, it was nice having the seclusion. We had other friends and family at other rentals and they loved to come visit the place. The beds were very comfortable! We had no problems. We just wanted to make you aware the guest bathroom toilet kept running and the right handle of facet at the sick was hard to turn all the way off. Also, there was a funny smell (maybe they sprayed for something) in the master bedroom. It didn’t bother us, just wanted to mention it. We would love to rent again in 2025! Let us know if we are able to rent then, because there was nothing available next year.

Holiday vacation

The outside area was beautiful but the pool lights did not work. Location was great and beds comfortable. Ice machine did not work but not a game changer. The propane tank was empty. The house was well decorated, had a good vibe about it.

Nice stay in Holmes Beach

Great week in AMI! The outdoor space and layout indoors couldn’t be better! About 5-8 min walk to the beach on quiet side streets. The pool is amazing and we spent half our vacation enjoying it- the waterfall feature is so soothing to hear and we absolutely loved it. My kids loved playing in the pool all day and the blow up floats were a nice surprise. A couple of minor things could use improvements: - Blinds on the queen and master room windows are in need of replacement or at least solid fixing - would appreciate more towels & beach towels since the mgmt company specifically says you shouldn’t wash them during the stay - only minimal necessities are provided (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, single salt & pepper shakers, 1 tablet for dishwasher, etc.). We’ve rented upwards of 15 times on VRBO all over the world and never had such few items provided. I’m not suggesting to leave us enough for a full week, though some homes do, but leaving spices that a previous renter left is pretty standard, plus a cleaning spray to at least help keep the kitchen sanitary! We had to buy everything (including a dish drying mat because there was nothing to leave wet dishes on)! Was surprised at how little was in the kitchen, but again, we had a great trip!

Family Week in Paradise

When booking online you never know what you will get but this villa was exactly what we wanted. Location was perfectly situated to beach and shops and restaurants. Back yard was absolutely amazing. Made so many wonderful memories with our family in the pool, playing cards at the outdoor table, morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs, and happy hour at the Tiki Bar. Highly recommend.
