This tastefully decorated, privately owned, one bedroom apartment with courtyard is close to Subiaco, Perth CBD & Kings Park. It's fully self-contained. Only a 10-15min walk to the Swan River & a 15-20min drive to Cottesloe Beach. Walking distance to coffee shops, parks & grocery store. Close to SCGH, Hollywood Hospital - perfect for hospital stays. Solid and safe accommodation - but improvements possible
Check-in information very clear. Unit was well appointed with everything needed. In general the room and fitout was clean, except for two frypans on a shelf which still had grease and food bits in them. Not a big deal as I washed and then used them for rest of stay.
The one issue I has was the keys for the unit did not include the security screen door at fron, nor the screen door to courtyard - this would have been good to improve airflow when away. I managed a workaround for the screens, but the manager didn't take any responsibility - even suggested it was my fault the screen door was locked with no key. A minor issue is the bathroom sink is not functional (the shelf above is the same depth as the sink); forget about washing your face or shaving without spilling a lot of water on the floor in the process.
Communication with property manager was challenging, sometimes no responses received. Manager is located 2 hours away so not able to address any urgent issues.

The Unit was clean. Industrial is a good description, it was a bit cold and I couldn’t turn on the gas cooking. The door to the court yard was very difficult to open and close, especially difficult to take the key out of the lock.....but with persistence I managed

Great location
Generally quiet location, wonderful proximity to Kings Park, City, easy access to Fremantle and other sights. Great shopping 600 mts from stay. Terrific having access to washing machine. Simple but clean accommodation.
No welcome information booklet for use of appliances and proximity to nearby shops.Would be good idea for cleaner to store wet mop in outside cupboard rather than in wardrobe… made it a bit musty smelling. Small improvement would be a blind on the glass window beside the kitchen door. Outside security light stays on all night so light comes into the apartment.
Weeded the front courtyard for you…. made it a more pleasant outlook.
Otherwise lovely stay at a reasonable price. Thank you.
